we were quoted base price over the phone, plus travel expenses, which we agreed on as a fair price. He did show up, but later then appointed time. He spends about 25-30 minutes changing outlet, but then took flashlight and went to the attic. When we asked him the reason why he needed to check the attic, he said just to see where the wires are coming from. It took another 15 minutes for him to check ?wires?. When he was done looking around, he presented me with a bill and of course it was twice as much as I was originally quoted. When I told him that I was quoted different, he said, that the lady that I talked with on the phone a day earlier, does not know what she?s talking about and only he can give a ?true? quote. I would never again call this company again for anything. This was an easy job that should not been $200.

Electrician was very knowledgeable and prompt. Called ahead to let me know on the way. Receptionist was very nice and accommodated the time I had available.
Description of Work: Small electrical service job installing a track light and checking the wiring on a few others.
