I am very pleased to have found this very organized construction company. Kyle Kennedy created a contract and worked within that contract. He and his workers even saved me some money when they were finished. Kyleà ¢à  à  s company provided me with an electrician, a painter and a carpenter. It saved me a lot of time. They provided me with a schedule for when the work would begin and end .The work was done on time.. They worked very quietly, and carefully. I will hire them again. I highly recommend them.

We had our shower and half our bathroom re-done. With it being our only bathroom, it was important to have it back in working condition. KS Homes accomplished that and them some. Kyle was very patient and a great listener. He was also very honest with us, which made it even easier to make some decisions. We love our bathroom now! We really appreciated the level of professionalism from a local family business. The work is beautiful and would highly recommend KS Homes to anyone. The crew that built our deck and stairs were timely, explained what the plan was and why, any questions I had they answered and they cleaned up leaving no signs of a mess just a beautiful deck we are still enjoying daily. Hoping to add a deck off our back door and they are going to be who we call!
