All I can say is wow . I have worked with many contractors over the years and working with Jim was an absolute pleasure and great experience. There were no surprises; . Jim gave a very reasonable bid and did not deviate. He and his crew kept all appointments and were very accurate with what was communicated. All of this was great, but does not even compare to the quality of work that was completed. We had a difficult deck replaced with tough angles and grades. The craftsmanship was second to none. Jim and his crew did an amazing job and very professional. Truly a stunning result. I never leave reviews as I am typically disappointed in previous experiences, but I feel I have to give huge props to J&D Handyman Co. communicative, honest, and the upmost quality of work. Jim was responsive to our needs at all times . I loved that he brought physical samples for us to choose the right Trex for our project. He explained all the steps along the way. I appreciated he could schedule the project immediately and handled all materials deliveries and old deck destruction dump removals. His team was courteous, friendly, reliable, and skillful. When the project was done, they left the area spotless. I would highly recommend them!

Best contractor in Mason County. He really knows how to build a deck. Honest, confident, and friendly. I would recommend him and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire him again.

This was the smaller job for him than what he usually does but he offered to make my front porch more secure for a few hours of work

Jim was extremely courteous, prompt, reliable and provided excellent quality work on a ramp for my father.

Jim fixed an upper deck hanging out over the water that was really old and infirm. He did a great, fast job and also replaced steps down from the lower deck to the beach, another great-looking job as he used matching Trex on the treads. He explained how and why he used certain materials, picking whatever would work best in certain areas. I will definitely hire him again if the need arises.
