The service was excellent and professional. I gave them a little Lower rating because of the price but then itâ s been 8 years since I last had it pumped.

Just wanted to say, the only issue i had was when they inform me that my Pump was still working and then when Net work came to install the power to the Folts i was told that my Pump is not operating or working. so cost me extra funds. But now all Brand New all the way around. all is good now. Later !

I am strongly recommend this company. Great service. I called the company on Friday evening. The business owner called me back and walked me through the system and did the trouble shooting. I am grateful for this.

Pumped Septic at one property and did ok... tried to give return business and found out they DID NOT FILE reports with the county but charged me anyways for the first property and I had to call and follow up months later when selling property... and had charges for everything. (2nd property)...Said that tank lid was too far down to find with shovel. paid 500 for a tractor that was not required (tractor just sat)... as lid was in another location LESS THAN A FOOT DOWN. They still charged me however. Called another company to reverse the WRONG report that was eventually filed by superior septic...new company found all the lids...inspected the system and ACTUALLY filed a report with the county. New company also found other lid on the property that S-Septic never even found. Got a quote for $5400 worth of work...called another company...paid $900 and had report completed ( and actually filed with county).

They were great when they came out had a bit of an odd situation. And the guys handled it the best they could. And the price was in line with what I had been looking up. My only problem was I helped the guy dig to find my tanks and after 2 hours of probing and digging out my yard we still hadn't found it and i was informed that there is an additional fee for digging extra. This was the first time the septic had been dug up since we bought the house. Although I ended up paying extra they still took car of me with great service and now I have those locations marked for next time.

They did a great job, answered all my questions and showed me the tanks were fully emptied. The final cost was less than I was expecting, even though they had to do some shoveling. Definitely will use them again.
