great Job

I have 1000 gallon tank,it was full. I was quoted a price for it over the phone by the company,all was good,the price was kind of high but it was a emergency and i needed it done. The guy that came out and pumped it was nice and did a good job,but after pumping he it informed me that my tank was over full to the tune of over 750 gallons?!?!?!?! He said that the green tubes that come up out of the tank hold that much and they were full.These tubes are 2' wide and maybe 3.deep,in no way is it 750 gallons!! Anyway,the price of the pumping did a little more than doubled!!!This company seen me coming,and my lack of knowledge in my tank size ending up costing me almost 900 dollars to pump out. ALSO i needed a new sump pump to be installed. The guy here told me it would be 2-3000 dollars for his company to do it. I did it myself with the help of google for 180.00 and a trip to home depot for the proper pump. Steer very clear of this company,use cuz septic if you can wait for the appt time,they were booked out to far for me unfortunately.

Like most things in my life lately this was a project vthe septic is NOT where the plans say but the guys were good sports and took care of everything

Quoted way less than they actually charged. Said we needed a huge overhaul, but gave no advise on who to talk to next. Reported us to environmental services with a bunch of false statements that were not happening with our septic. Worst of all, he only would talk to/acknowledge my husband even though I was the one who spoke with him on the phone. Will never use again.

Prompt, friendly, competent. Explained in detail the process. Very tidy. Will use their services again.

These guys are extremely good. Repaired the entire system where other companies would just pump out one riser. I've had an alarm light on for 24 years many have tried to fix the problem but failed. These guys fixed the problem.

They ran behind schedule but they called me and explained why and still made it to my job at the end of the original time slot . Friendly and professional work done in a timely manner, also had ideas an solutions for other upcoming issues.

came out on a sunday and was able to complete the necessary task which involved more than just pumping the tank

After initial contact they should send a reminder the day before the schedule. Otherwise, excellent service.

In the 8 yrs we've owned our home septic pumping rates haven't really changed. Superior had the lowest pumping rate so we choose them. Nick came out with his employee (sorry forgot his name) and they got straight to work. We have our lid located...but needed to be dug out a tad. They did a super speedy job.....also let us know what other things we could do to upgrade with out being a pushy sales guy. They do all septic work expect designs and they should be your go to guys!!

Couldn't believe the job they did-brought in heavy equipment-set up lights to finish asap. Amazing!

Superior Septic pumped and repaired our septic system. Their were able to work on our schedule and had the repairs done in a timely manner while keeping us apprised every step of the process. I would recommend this business to others.

They came out the next day, we had a bad sensor, the Pro fixed the issue, and then came again and pumped. They were just fantastic.

Pumping service was acceptable, but they left us with a septic system not operational.

We had an extra challenging job due to being new to septic. They were very helpful and professional. Will definitely call them again next time. Highly recommend!
