We had two bathroom countertops and a tub enclosure done by Priceless Granite. We would highly recommend this company. They had far more granite to choose from compared to the other granite business that we looked at. Every employee that we came in contact with was very helpful and very professional. Connie was wonderful, Marissa was great, and Dave (owner) did a fantastic job of measuring our project. Priceless Granite also referred us to Superior Plumbing (Anthony) since we did not have a plumber. He also did a great job for us. Thank you Priceless Granite! Your estimate was fair and we are happy with the results! Glenn & Cheryl Scott

The finished results are fabulous. Shane did a professional job on the templates, with a fantastic fit of all pieces. Dave laid out the templates on the slabs in a way which displayed the great patterns in the stone. The templates were of a clear plastic material which allowed us to see the pattern of the granite as it actually looked in each piece. Fabio and Ricardo were the install team. They removed the existing granite tile counter tops with a minimum of dust and grit. They took great care in the demolition. They installed our under-mount sink carefully and precisely. The finished kitchen is great!

They are excellent people. They did it right. They told us what the bottom line was for our price. It wasn't any little add ons like there is in everyone else we've ever used. What they said they were going to charge that's what they charge and that's what I liked. I like to know exactly what I'm going to have to pay for. I like to know what I have to budget for and that is what expected and that's what they gave me.

Connie was great!! We first touched base with her at the home show quite awhile ago and talked with her about our project. She gave us a bid that was right in the ballpark as the others but we thought she was much more knowledgeable and personable to deal with. Once we got the project finally going, we picked out a new slab and signed the contract. The crew came out and carefully removed the existing two slabs from the counters....and they didn't break!! This cost us a bit but still saved us thousands over new slabs! Then came time for install of the new and existing slabs....and one of the existing slabs had to be cut a bit...'deep breath'...but it went fine!! It's all installed, looks great, bid was right on, no damage, no breakage, no real issues! We'd go back to Connie and Priceless in a heartbeat!!

They had the most professional quoting system and the salesmen was very knowledgeable in their granite selection. They did a laser view on their computer after we picked out the granite to see what it would look like. It was really nice to see how the granite would line up and match and it was very helpful to have that service. We are satisfied with the work they did for us overall, and I would strongly recommend them.

We researched a number of granite installation companies (from individuals to large subcontractors for big box stores) and ended up using Priceless Granite who were referred to us by friends who had them install a granite counter top in an all new kitchen remodel. They did a great job, and the tear out of the old counter top and installation all took place in one day. They were also able to preserve the tile backsplash on my walls behind the counter tops. The price included tear out, install, 15 year warranted sealant and new 16 gauge single hole stainless steel sink . The company's sales rep worked very closely with us on design and choice of granite. A major advantage of working with Priceless Granite was that we were able to go to their stone yard in Granite Falls and pick out the slab of granite we wanted at a price we could afford. We even had input into the final layout of the template onto the slab.

We LOVE the stone and the countertops are beautiful! One of the reasons we chose them is because you don't have to purchase an entire slab, just the square footage you need. Also, they were very easy to plan with and work with, and really went out of their way to help us in a difficult remodeling project. Very friendly and professional customer service. And good selection of stones. I also really liked that the stone is provided and installed by one company, as opposed to the Seattle options. Two negatives. Timeliness of the installers is one issue we had. The two times they came out they were very late, which made me late for work. The second time they came, they even promised they would be on time. The second issue was with the overhang. Turns out the layout wasn't stable for the overhang, but we weren't told this during the months of planning, just at the last minute right before the counter install when no changes could be made to our kitchen layout. We were told we needed to install support brackets, which we weren't very comfortable doing and we have been feeling really concerned about damage to the countertop if it's done wrong. And they seemed hesitant to provide guidance (and gave some incorrect information) about purchasing and installing the brackets. I think the company should install brackets if they are a necessary part of the countertop project. Really should be done by a professional given the expense of the countertop if something went wrong.

We visited multiple granite companies before making our decision. Priceless Granite was the first company we visited and we were very impressed with their facility, fabricating area, selection, and the personnel. We continued our search and didn't find another company who measured up to their standards. We ended up back at Priceless to make our purchase. By that time, we had already decided to use Chroma (quartz) on the perimeter counter, the bottom of the bar, the hutch, and bathroom vanity. We used granite for the island and the upper bar. From start to finish we were very pleased with the process. The friendly staff at the facility make you feel right at home. The templating and installation went off without a hitch. The results are stunning and we couldn't be more pleased.
Description of Work: We purchased our countertop, kitchen island, bar top, bar counter, and bathroom vanity top from Priceless Granite. They came out (on time) on the day scheduled for templating and were back (one time) a week later for the installation.

I would use Priceless Granite again in a heartbeat. We shopped many of their competitors for price and selection. They beat everyone by a long shot in both categories. We found the exact material we wanted somewhere else, but we couldn't afford the pricing there. I went to Priceless Granite and they gave me the price I needed to make it work with my budget for the exact same material. Every person at the company was extremely professional from the salesperson, the person who came out to measure everything, and the installation crew. My wife felt very comfortable having them in our home. I've heard nightmare stories about poor fabrication from some other companies. When you go out to their place it is clear they have invested in a lot of technology to make everything precise. Our project was immaculate and the installation went smoothly. We had a terrific experience. My general contractor was also really impressed with everything they did, which I think says a lot.

We picked them as our granite provider due to their selection and expertise. We still appreciate the variety of granite offered (which allowed us to use different granite in each room). We also liked the fact that they cut, polished and sealed the granite at their shop so that it was just fitting/drilling the faucets on-site. This provided us with kitchen counter pieces that flowed toether with the granites natural seams. We thought that they were giving us all the information we needed to select the right type of granikte for each room, but they didn't explain all of the downsides to the granite that we selected for the kitchen. We were given the chance to preview where the cuts to the slabs would be made and we reversed the layout for the laundry room; but, we didn't know enough about the kitchen granite to catch an obvious flaw which ended up being right by the sink! It was our tile vendor who suggested and installed the granite window sills which were cut Priceless after everything else was done (in liew of the three pieces we were going to use for a backsplash in part of the kitchen. The first installation crew was neither the A or B team. The leader was good, but the two others were not (for example, he had to get them out of the truck to clean up: they were ready to go home long before the job was done). The second team was the A team, but they were just there to install the master bath countertop and try to fix the problem with the granite by the kitchen sink. They did that, as best they could... I also found one of them trying to fix a problem around the cooktop. While he fixed one end, the granite in front of the cooktop still came loose after a couple of months when the other end separated. They were mostly responsive to our issues, all of which should not have happened. The most disturbing part was that they were not interested in any feed back about their installation crews (and quot; They are all excellentand quot;). The first crew was also defended by management for not replacing any wood molding/trim that didn't fit back in after the granite countertops/backsplashes were installed. Priceless claimed that it was our problem because they had either measured wrong or wouldn't do the minimal cuts to retro-fit any wood trim pieces because the granite was bigger than what it had replaced. I understand that things are not going to be exactly the same, but to not plan for that is a basic installation issue that their management claimed was our problem. The second installation crew did nominal cutting of one old trim piece to put it back. I opted to fix the other issue myself given limited options with them.... In other words, their overall grade is more of a C+ and I'm not sure that I would use them again. They have some exceptional people, but too many that aren't....
Description of Work: We replaced the laminate counter tops in the kitchen, three bathrooms and the laundry room. The master bath got a new 7' cabinet and the rest were on existing cabinets. These counter tops were all relatively large (6' for the other bathrooms and about 71 square feet for the kitchen in four+ pieces. The back splash in one bathroom was replaced with granite (the other two with the accent tiles surrounding the tubs and shower). The back splash in the laundry room was partially replaced because of a low window over the sink. All of the counter tops were replaced in one day except the master bath (it's measurements were made that same day since it was a new cabinet). We had originally planned on replacing some of the back splash in the kitchen with granite, but that granite was used for the window sills (the kitchen back splash ended up being onyx from our tile vendor, which had tiled our bathrooms with travertine that we supplied).

Overall, I'm happy with the finished product, with a couple of exceptions. Positives: 1. Being able to see entire slabs instead of small samples. 2. Communicating via email for lots of the details. 3. Good advice/recommendations for some of the technical problems. 4. They left everything clean and disposed of all materials. Negatives: 1. One stainless steel kitchen sink was dropped, causing a reorder. The bathroom sink was the wrong size. This ended up taking several days, meaning I had no access to water downstairs during that time. 2. Some of the tear-out caused drywall tearing. Had to hire professional to repair. 3. They left the stove unbalanced, meaning the left side had a gap between the countertop and the stove. Both of the above were called to their attention, but they gave me advice on how to fix instead of fixing.

They were excellent in showing us the granite available - sending us web pictures on how it would look on our counters - allowed us to come to their warehouse to decide how we wanted the granite laid out. Workers that came to our home were very professional and were very quick and thorough with the process.
Description of Work: Priceless - removed all the old tile - installed new granite counter tops plus we purchased a new sink and faucit from them. What what we purchased and the they provided was great. They also indicated they would help us with design and back splash ideas. That obviously isn't what they do well. So once the granite was completed they left the remainder of the job up to us to find solutions.

Althought the granite part went well, our overall project took almost a year. Pricelss Granite hung in with us through numerous rounds of "what if we do this?" or "what if we wanted to do that?". They were attentive and friendly. They came out to do measurements and fabricated a slab for a vanity with two sinks - they suggested an improved layout to radius the faucett handles and sink inlets which was different from the straight alignment that the plumbing vendor proposed, and the result looks great! We also used them for a built-in bench and cabinet top. We loved their products and the workmanship was excellent.

After anticipating our kitchen remodel for 7 years, the first thing we bought was a spectacular piece of Brazilian granite we found at PriceLess Granite. We were assured that the fact we would not be ready for installation for several months was not a problem. They took our $ 3,500 deposit. We almost didn't do business with them because their contract included a long list of disclaimers stating they are not responsible for any damage that might happen during installation of the island granite. The salesman assured us that the text of the contract didn't really reflect reality. We had a photograph of the slab with it's dramatic coloration and striation. Blacks and yellows, with a broad band of whitish along what we intended to be the top seating area. Almost all our decisions about the kitchen were made with the island granite in mind. We dragged the sample around everywhere and bored all our friends with the picture. About a month into the project we contacted the salesman and asked him if he could measure the slab for us to determine the usable area, especially how wide the white band at the top was. We wanted to make sure we had about 12" to accommodate the curved seating area. He called back and told us it was almost 19". Plenty for our purposes. Towards the end of the 3-month remodel, when the cabinets had all been installed, PriceLess representatives came out and measured for the template. That same afternoon we made the 1-hour trek to PriceLess to place the template on the slab. When we arrived we immediately noticed that the slab set up was not our slab. Initially the person there discounted this by suggesting that the lighting between this area and their uncovered slab yard was different. Then, when we showed him the picture, he tried to pass it off as variation in digitally recorded and printed colors. When we pointed out the myriad differences in the banding, as well as the lack of the white band at the top he quickly did an about-face and agreed that indeed this was not the same slab. We went out in the yard but could not find our slab. No salesperson came out to talk to us. We left in disgust. I had three phone conversations with the salesperson. It wasn't until the third conversation that he said "I am sorry." However, it was followed by, "that you are confused", distancing himself and PriceLess from any wrongdoing. We sent him the picture and he pointed out that there was a piece of blue tape visible on the slab with a different name, indicating that the picture we had taken was not of our slab. He never explained how that could have happened, given that the slabs weigh several hundred pounds and the image clearly shows that we considered the front slab ours. Not really possible for us to move them around and get mixed up that way, now is it? If little pieces of blue tape indicate a piece is sold, we expected the salesman to point that out when we discussed the slab we wanted (he was there with us discussing the slab, he offered to show us other slabs form the same block, which we declined). We expected to be contacted by the company owner(s) or at least receive some kind of message of how sorry they were about this. Never happened. According to the salesperson the owners had been kept up-to-date of our exchanges. When we eventually decided we didn't want anything to do with PriceLess and asked for our money back, we did receive a check within a couple of days. We started all over with our search for a suitable piece of granite, this time knowing that our whole kitchen was ready and waiting for something similar. It took a couple of days, and a lot of driving around, but eventually we managed to find a Brazilian slab with similar coloration (although lacking the dramatic white band which would have delineated our seating area naturally), and diagonal orientation, rather than the horizontal banding we had initially chosen. PriceLess advertises that their selection is unique, which we refuted by finding a suitable slab elsewhere. However, in our multiple visits to 10 other establishments, we would not agree that in general they have the most unusual selection of slabs. They advertise their low prices, but we ended up paying for the whole island, fabricated and installed, only slightly more than the (60%) downpayment we had given PriceLess. And we also note that every other granite yard we looked in is indoors, maybe not heated, but not out in the open air, like at PriceLess - there, they have complimentary umbrellas to use in their outside yard. All in all not a stellar performance by PriceLess, nor their personnel or management. The only good thing we can say is that they must have realized how wrong they were, given the speed with which we received our refund. Nancy Zylstra and Martin Muller, Seattle WA
Description of Work: We found a dramatic piece of granite for the island in our new kitchen. We made a downpayment. After several months we were ready for installation. Our slab of granite (including the others from the same unique block) had been sold to someone else. Had we not taken pictures of the slab we had made the downpayment on PriceLess Granite would have passed a different piece of granite off as ours. We received a full refund of the downpayment but never received an apology or any sign of interest from management.

We fell in love with a specific variety of granite that we had seen in a Street of Dreams house a few years before we started building our home. The only place in the area that had that granite was Priceless Granite, so we purchased a slab along with another slab of coordinating granite and they stored it for us for nearly two years until we were ready for our countertops. They did a beautiful job of fabricating our slab countertops and installed them along with our undermount sink. The granite is definitely the star of our kitchen and we are very happy with everything.

We acted as our own contractor for our kitchen remodel and after visiting all the stone warehouses in Georgetown and dealing with a separate fabricator, we visited Priceless where it is a one stop shop. They do it all and in a very clean and professional manner. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. They did an exceptional job of book page matching two slabs in a 15 foot counter. The seam is slightly visible, but the pattern is perfectly matched so the motion is continuous. The seam was color matched in sections to blend with the variations in the pattern. They are true artisans and everyone who has seen the counters comments on how perfectly the pattern flows. Template was done-digitally on Friday afternoon and the granite was installed on following Wednesday which is a quick turn around. The only snafu was that the sink opening was supposed to be for undercounter sink with a reveal (they took manufacturer's template to fabrication shop) but we instead got sink opening with no reveal. We thought we had been specific but I guess not specific enough. We should have followed up with a reminding phone call the next day. But, it wasn't enough of an issue to cause us to reconsider our choice. We highly recommend them. It is so much easier to use a fabricator that has it's own stone yard with a huge selection. Also, their slabs are book cut so they all match. They can guide you as to price as they walk thru the yard with you. At the Georgetown stone yards you have no idea about price until you hear back from your fabricator and may have to make multiple trips back until you find a stone that fits your budget and taste.
Description of Work: They fabricated and installed granite counters in our kitchen.
