Went very good.Tony suggested a few changes such as separate line for icemaker recessed into wall (I'd never have thought of that by myself).We also got increased water flow from larger ID piping on the hot water tank.Took a day and a half.Very happy

It was excellent. It was amazing. He came out twice and he was so good each time. We really appreciated him.

He's knowledgeable, showed up on time and did the work on time. We had no problems with either of the installation of hot water tank or the sink. When I called, he gave me the day and time he would be there. His wife runs the office. She made the appointment and she went over all of the choices available for product. They were here when they said they were going to be. They answered any questions we had. They get right to work and no mess. You would never know they've been there. Everything was clean.

Prompt, courteous, efficient and charges by the job, not the hour. Will definitely use again.

Tony and his assistant were very punctual. The whole job was completed in about two hours. When removing the old piping Tony suggested a way to run the pipes under the house so we could maximize the use of the laundry room space. When installing the new hot water heater, he brought us up to code by also installing an expansion tank and using earthquake straps to secure the hot water heater to the wall.

He was so fast and thorough that I was shocked when he was completed and all was cleaned up, and the water back on and ready to go. Less than an hour.

Tony was on time, performed the work to our expectations, and in a timely fashion. He used up to date materials and gave us all the extra pieces to install after the construction was done(for bathroom and kitchen). He explained everything he was going to do and performed to our expectations.
