+ -1 moreThis guy will take your money and evaporate. Promises not kept, excuses, no shows, won't answer your call but picks right up when calling from another number. ZERO SERVICE!!

+ -1 moreHired twice. Screwed up twice. Not punctual. Not professional. Lies. Seams incompetent. Only has work because Pierce county has him on list of designers.[ in my opinion ]
Description of Work: First time back in 2012... My septic designer retired before as-built was completed, hired Pete Cooke. He changed original designers soil log info by mistake and re-designed a gravity system that was imposable . After health dept. approved design and I spent 2 days of h*** trying to complete, I called health dept. Mr. Howard that approved design. Was told...''I'm so sorry, don't build like that, I know it has my approved stamp but, we just have all designs signed by someone at health dept. we don't actually revue them'' ''I don't know why he [ Peter Cooke ] designed septic systems like that, DON"T BUILD LIKE THAT'' Second house...Hired Pete Cooke, one year later... After checking soil at 4 sites, and agreeing on 3' x 4' plastic infiltrators the minimum for this type of sand is 150' [ spent 3 days working on site development ] then received design for 200' of rock. Again a design that over lapped corners, that is not code. Pete Cooke only has a job due to pierce county, giving out papers with licensed designers. I would never hire him again.
