These folks roofed our home a year ago. Our contract included an inspection and gutter cleaning one year later. They did an excellent job both times. I would hire them again, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing roofing work.

I highly recommend this company. Mike came in and gave us a fair and honest quote. He and his crew are very knowledgeable. Once the shingles arrived his crew had the roof beautifully done in just 3 days. Our home looks brand new!!! Mike has also bend over backwards through an equity loan that has gone completely sideways to get our roof done and has been kind and caring. Never pushy, truly a great guy to work with. Its rare these days to find this level of integrity, knowledge, and caring in companies and people. Our family is very thankful to them.

The work went very well. The crew was fast, did a great job! They did a couple of small extras for us that were greatly appreciated. They did the tear off and replacement in one day. EXCELLENT! Two duplexes done simultaneously, in two days TOTAL! the crews cleaned up the area each day, and did a great job working to ensure tenants access. Reasonable prices (better than the big company bids I got), and a local company, and you work with the owner directly throughout your project. Thank you to Mike and his crew!

My husband and I just got a new roof from Sam's Roofing. We had a troublesome roof with leaks off and on over the last few years. Each time we had Sam's Roofing come to fix the leak. All three times Mike Sam, owner of Sam's Roofing, came, quickly discovered the problem and repaired it. His prices were very reasonable. The first time we had Mike come to fix a leak, we asked him if we needed a new roof. He said although the roof has problems, I could probably get a few more years out of it. He could have said "yes, you need a new roof today." After five years we decided it was time to replace the roof. Mike's price was reasonable, a very fair price for an excellent roof. The roofing crew is skillful, professional and polite and friendly. They worked very hard all day long each day they were working on our roof. Clean up is outstanding. The roof things besides the shingles (trim, flashing, how things were done around vents, etc.) is high quality. We had the torch down stuff on our patio cover roof, and Mike replaced this with "TPO," an excellent product. Mike is a man of integrity and delightful to do business with. He cares about his customers. He communicates regularly the schedule, the progress of the job and when he gives a schedule, he keeps it. We highly recommend Sam's Roofing.

I reached out to about 7 different roofing companies for what I thought was just a leak repair. Sam's A+ Roofing was the only company I spoke to that was willing to come and check it out. Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. Mike also temporarily fixed the leak and had a crew out to our house within a couple of days. The crew was very nice and did an amazing job. They were quick and didn't leave even one piece of trash behind. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. Mike is an honest, friendly guy. We will definitely have his company out to do maintenance for the roof and will be customers for years to come.

just now I had a leak. I called Sam's roofing and Mike came out the next day to evaluate what was leaking. He quickly discovered where water was getting in around chimney. He then explained to me I do not need a new roof, the stuff that goes around the bottom of the chimney was in bad shape, and that he could do a repair for $275 that would be a quick fix, but he could not guarantee how long it would last. He explained the best type of repair which would cost $1375. I appreciate his honesty, and he did not try to sell me a new roof like some companies do. I went with the $1375 repair. Mike had a crew out first thing in the morning the day after he came to my house. The crew did a great job, were fast, professional, clean and friendly. Mike is delightful to do business with. He guarantees his work.

Very prompt, quick, accurate on estimate, spent 2 days on the entire project and kept everything cleaned up. They also came to visit the next day to double check if I have doubts or problems and they will come back to treat my roof for free.

So happy with this company. They responded quickly to my request for a quote and then the work proceeded just as quickly. My new roof looks wonderful and they left the area clean. Definitely would highly recommend this company.

Smoothly, the roofers were punctual and efficient.

The removal off the old wooden roof and the added layer of plywood prior to replacing the roof was completed in 2 and 1/2 days. Mike responds quickly when you need to get in touch with him and his team did a fantastic job on the roof. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team!
