During the initial visit, they were the most forthcoming with information and the most personable. Most contractors want you to think your job is more difficult than usual. While OURS WAS, Bob Scott, made a plan and got it done fast. Reputable Electric was the Last of 3 contractors to visit us for a bid, They responded First and were the most reasonable of cast. They showed up on time, Got done ahead of schedule and credited us on the reduced labor time. I do recommend them to anyone.

Called Reputable Electric and reached Brittany on a Friday at about 1:10 pm. She passed my info off to Bob and he got back to me about 15-20 minutes later. and then they had an electrician to my house by 2:30. Jamie their electrician showed up and got right to work, he quickly found the issue and had it resolved within 45 minutes. We spent the rest of the hour talking about some fixes/work we may do in the future. No complaints at all about my experience with Reputable Electric, I'd have no hesitation to call them again.

I got different answers from all different providers, but Bob's were very accurate and showed that he has great experience, he knows what he is talking about and he is an honest person too. An Electrical Inspection of the Building

Excellent service! They answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very careful with their tools not to nick walls extra. They asked questions to make sure they were giving me exactly what I wanted and needed. The job was very professionally done and they were efficient with their time. Bobby and his crew replaced the existing aluminum wiring in our 1975 home. Bobby responded quickly to my request for an estimate and he drove out to the home to evaluate the layout. He emailed an estimate within a few days and we appreciated the way he detailed the costs room by room. The rewire took approximately 3 days (we had not moved in yet). The 2 electricians arrived on time and left things reasonably clean at the end. A 10in X 12in hole was cut into a wall because of the setup of the electrical panel but the electricians did call prior to the cut for permission. We noticed one of the exterior lights was not working after the job was completed but Bobby drove out to remedy the situation. Overall, we are very pleased with the work and customer service.

They are very friendly, easy to work with, and very competent in what they do. They pulled up permits and help us to meet the electrical requirements.

Bobby worked with me to look the job over on an early weekend morning. He was very thorough in evaluating the existing system, and worked with me to come up with the best solution for our situation. I had the estimate in hand the next day, and it was lower than I was expecting. We had one other estimate for the work, and the pricing was within about 10%. I just felt pretty good about Bobby's approach, so we chose Reputable. We scheduled work about a week and a half out, with the option of moving the work up in the event of schedule changes. Reputable's schedule did shift, and knowing we were anxious to get this done, they gave us a call on the weekend and started in on a Monday morning. All of the work was completed by a three-man crew within an eight hour business day, which included: removing the old panel, installing the new panel, driving ground rods, bonding all utilities throughout the house, mapping all of the circuits, wiring the generator transfer panel into the new panel, replacing substandard conduit runs and labeling all of the circuit runs. Reputable handled getting the permits and calling in the inspection. The inspector signed off on the work with no changes. The need for conduit replacement was not obvious until the wall was opened up, and the pricing to cover that was extremely fair. I noticed that they also improved the protection of some of the existing wire runs and daylighted a buried junction box - neither of which was I billed for. I was quite pleased with the experience. These guys did a great job!

We ordered a ceiling light from Italy that came with strict instructions: ?have a professional install this light.? We being new homeowners, eager for any and all DIY home improvement projects, thought we could do it ourselves as we already installed a ceiling light in our home office. We should have stopped our project the moment we saw a light fixture three times the diameter of what we previously had in our ceiling, but we pressed on. It was only after we drilled three holes in our ceiling, then watch the light fixture fall straight from ceiling to floor, that we decided to call a professional. Bob came to our house to remedy our problem in lickety-split time. He was friendly and polite, and I really appreciate that he didn?t turn away our business because it was a very small project. That level of professionalism is why we will use him again for any future electrical work?and recommend him to our friends.

IT DOES NOT COME BETTER THAN THIS WONDERFUL ELECTRICIAN! W/ our house for sale, he was an angel who saved us On a Sunday, Bob dropped what he was doing immediately to come out and work on flickering lights in our living room and porches. We could not show the house with such a problem and this was a huge issue for us. After checking everything thoroughly, Bob fixed the main problem, one that could have caused a fire! While he was at it, we had him look at a few other annoying electric issues. He fixed them all promptly and gave us some expert advice regarding new kinds of light bulbs that can cause challenges for older homes and equipment. We were expecting a HUGE bill as he drove from Kent to Burien on a Sunday and was here for quite a while. So if you have any questions abut who to hire for electrical work, there is only one answer in our book. Call Bob!

Booby the owner came out and helped in the design of our kitchen lighting, gave us a very accurate idea on the cost right then and there and followed that up with a written estimate. The crew was on time the day of the work and they did a great job , we love the new look and all of our new switches work great.

It went great! Bobby's electrical knowledge helped solve a problem that I'd never seen before. I don't know too many people running businesses that would help a homeowner solve a problem over the phone rather than come out and make a quick buck, but Bobby went "above and beyond" to help me out. He's definitely earned a customer the next time I need an electrician.

Bobby came out and isolated the problem (blown transformer due to loose wire in the breaker panel) within 2 hours. He didn't have a transformer on his truck but he found one within an hour or so an had it replaced within another hour. He even replaced the light bulbs on that same circuit. I had used Reputable before and was very pleased with their work and their price. If I need an electrician in the future, it will be Reputable I call first!

We had a small house fire in the kitchen and after inspectiing the damage, Bobby noticed that the hood range was connected through a wall outlet, as opposed to having a dedicated line, as per code. He came out to make sure all was done properly and did some other finish work (installing a smoke and CO alarm), as well as recommending best locations for other smoke alarms. He also recommended that older wall outlets should be replaced, as they were starting to shot-out whenever it got a little overloaded. We were very pleased with all of his work. My only negative comment was that on the first day when someone was supposed to come in to remove the range hood, they were several hours late from when they said they would show up. That's the only reason I gave them a "B" in punctuality. A relatively minor thing, as they were always on time after that. I would give Reputable Electric a very high recommendation to anyone who needs quality electrical service

From start to finish the job went smoothly. Bobby Scott arrived on time and provided complete explanations to all of my questions. The electrical inspector approved the job and provided positive feedback on the workmanship.

Bobby arrived a day early for his appointment. He did call twice before arriving, to be sure I was available. He was knowledgeable about the work to be done, and provided me with great ideas about how to problem solve some of the challenging parts. One of the issues with this project was the need to dig a 40 foot trench. Bobby was not planning on doing this. We were not interested in digging the trench ourselves, or finding a third party to do the work. His estimate was competitive and if it hadn't been for the trench we would have used him.

They were good. He came out for a brief estimate. I am waiting for other estimates so I am not sure if I will use them or not.

They were able to schedule me with 2 days notice during the holidays, showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule and for lower than the estimated cost. They also provided a few suggestions that improved upon my original request without adding any cost to the project.

Bobby was able to accommodate my tight schedule on short notice, provided great communications and options, did everything on time and for a fair price.

Called, left message, received timely response, considering Reputable didn't have someone sitting in an office waiting to answer the phone. Bobby or one of his designated minions set up an appointment with the residents of our rental, and they were happy with the scheduling and promptness, as well as how efficiently the work was done. Took three sessions to get everything done, but I've been to see the work and it was done nicely and effectively. I would definitely recommend Reputable and will call them again when I need what they do.
