Not good. I find it very unprofessional when a company does not return it's phone calls.

Bob was right on time and quickly found the problem. He was very professional and explained to us what he was doing as he was going along. I was satisfied with the price charged and would use Reputable Electric again.

They showed up at 10 am and expected it to take 5 hours. One of the parts that were ordered hadn't arrived in time so he had to go back to his house to check to see if it arrived. It still hadn't and I'm not sure how, but he was able to get the part. The entire job was entirely satisfactory.

Everything went well from estimate to consulting with us during the job about lighting locations considering available wiring options. Cost was a little more than estimate but understandable due to unknowns in location of existing wiring.

Responded quickly, identified problem, suggested part needed, returned and installed the part. And therefore we did not have to buy a new fan, saving money. Excellent experience!

Reputable electric installed new can lights and electrical trim out for my master bath remodel. They were professional and willing to work with me to keep costs down. I received 5 bids and they were the lowest. Overall they did a good job and I woulld go with them again.

Before making first contact with any of the electricians listed on Angie?s List, I read their website reviews, Yelp reviews, and multiple Google searches. I contacted Reputable Electrical for a quote on what I thought would be a major project. Although he had a tight schedule, Bobby took time on a Saturday to come out and assess the work for estimate. Within 15 minutes of meeting him, I knew this was the company I would hire. I was struck by his honesty ? no high pressure sales. He offered good down-to-earth advice on what was needed and what was not. The 2-day job was scheduled quickly after I accepted the quote. Bobby and Jamie, the electrician, showed up early but waited until the scheduled time to approach the door ? courteous! Because the work involved several rooms, I expected some amount of chaos but that was definitely not the case. They were both respectful and unobtrusive. Jamie even endured a barking, sniffing dog with humor and patience. The major portion of the job ? replacement of the circuit panel, installation of a generator transfer switch and grounding rods ? was mostly completed the first day. The second day was spent grounding outlets, replacing light fixtures, installing new outlets, fixing owner-errors, and other miscellaneous electrical issues. Jamie worked alone the second day and it was obvious that he?s very good at what he does, a true professional. And I repeat patient ? he took the time ? twice ? to explain how to use the transfer switch. The electrical inspection was scheduled two days after the work was completed. To quote the inspector, ?They did a really excellent job.? Without reservation, I would recommend Reputable Electric for anyone in need of electrical service.

We used Reputable last year to install canned lights and ceiling fans. We liked their work so much that we brought them back again this year for additional work. They get the job done quickly, professionally, and at reasonable cost. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

The home inspection requested by the buyers of our house identified several changes and repairs that needed to be done. We were in a hurry because the close was in just a few weeks. Bobby Scott came out and gave us a very detailed quote that was more comprehensive and yet less expensive than the other two quotes. We asked him to do the work and he was very efficient and thorough. When the city inspector came out, he complemented Bob and said that he is a very good contractor. Everything went very smoothly and we would definitely use this company if needed in the future.

It costs $180 for the electrician to come out for the first hour, and when he got here, it turned out our problem was fixed in a few minutes. While I was feeling sort of ill writing the check, the young man asked if there was anything else we needed fixing. Happily my husband was intending to install a ceiling fan and the electrician took over and completed that job. I thought it showed a lot of integrity to offer to do more work and it sure made us feel better about the situation. We will definitely use this service again and recommend them to our friends. Reputable came right out for the estimate and put me right on the schedule. Work was completed just a few days later. The Electrician that came out was very professional, polite and personable. Went right to work and wasted no time. I was very impressed and would ask for him again (Jamie). Price wise; I believe them to be very reasonable.. I thought the work that was performed and the time it took to accomplish all the tasks at hand were very much in line with the cost. I was very pleased and would use them again myself if needed.

Installer was on time, worked quickly and carefully, cleaned up after himself and hauled the boxes out for us. Great job.

Bob came out and did a through inspection, and provided a very fair quote. Bob and his crew showed up on time, did an awesome job. I don't think anyone could have done better. He not only did everything on the quote, he took care of some minor electrical safety issues too. They left the work areas spotless, he walked me through and showed me how he wired my kitchen to take advantage of the 200 AMP panel. I am going to have him back to rewire my entire home. Trust me, Reputable electric is the real deal. You can't go wrong.

Even though I checked and thought I had flipped all the switches on and off, he found the one I must have missed or it kept flipping. He explained how the space heater in my sons room is probably the culprit and was probably best on it's own line. Told me a fix I could try and then gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to have a dedicated plug for that. (What I thought was a very reasonable price) I have an older home and was also concerned that our electrical panel was one of the many in our neighborhood that have become unsafe over the years. He could have very easily said yes and replaced it but he said I was a lucky one in the neighborhood and didn't need to be replaced. He was professional and personable. Will use again if needed.

Everything went well. An estimate, and a revised estimate when the plan changed, were prepared in a timely fashion. They were responsive to our scheduling needs, arrived on time and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They were Even Early but waited in the Van for the Correct time. I would Have Them Come Again.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly and on time, from the estimate to the actual work. They were very thorough and also replaced a couple of breakers that were not legal for our box but had been installed by previous homeowners. The inspector commented on the excellent job they had done and it all passed with no issues.
