KINNEY CARPENTRY

Lee came out on a Holiday Monday November 11th to to the work. Arrived promptly at noon as agreed and began work. He worked until nearly 7pm. He also shopped for the transition pieces and molding for us as well during this time. The work was done in a professional manner and the change from a light oak to Brazilian Cherry is dramatic and beautiful. Lee was polite and pleasant and cleaned up areas prior to leaving. Lee had given us an approximate quote on the flooring at between $280.00 to $350.00 depending on cuts and other factors. We requested the addition of transition pieces and molding. So when he gave us a price of $600.00, we were somewhat taken aback. But to be fair, he shopped for us at several locations spending $120.00 on molding and transition pieces, agreed to do this job on a holiday and had to deal with a steep drop from hallway and kitchen for transition pieces.

Lee pleasantly agreed to come out early at 8 a.m as he likes to get an early start. He arrived at 7.55 a.m ready to work. Very pleasant and polite. Said his good mornings and immediately took at look at the cabinets stored in our garage, identified the base & pantry cabinets and moved them to the work/kitchen area to begin installation. Lee is very neat and meticulous with his work. He very patiently and in some instances very persistently (he was working with an uneven existing tile floor and 30 year old drywall) made sure cabinets were level and installed the way we wanted. Our kitchen is beautiful and we couldn't be happier.
