Neptune was great. Service guy was on time, fixed my pump issue in one visit, exactly as advertised

Attach more hoses for faster refill and. to keep costs down! Steve and assistant were efficient and pleasant. Emptying took such a short time! Steve gave me good instructions for keeping the pool clean.

Steve quickly and correctly diagnosed an electrical short in one of my spas components. He had it up and running within 30 min.

Steve was very professional and friendly. He was quick to diagnose the issue with my hot tub and was able to order the psrt and have it all fixed in just a few hours time.

They were very thorough as to what my issues were on the repair and also gave me suggestions on where to buy filters etc at a good cost.

They did an excellent job installing a new pool heater, filter and controller, although it took a little longer than expected. The system functions really great and we rely on it as we love to swim.

We are not done yet but determined that the hot tub is fixable and what is wrong. More parts are on the way to get the hot tub working. Neptune certainly knows their hot tubs, even my old system. Steve was not afraid to shimmy under my tight deck to look at the hot tub and even found a rat's net in the foam insulation that he started pulling out. It is pretty extensive as the rat or squirrel was putting in a hotel system. Neptune will be back and I am certain they will fix all the problems with my tub.

Steve WegeIeben and a helper came on time and cleaned up the hot-tub well and in a timely manner. I'll call Steve again for clean-up jobs.
