Description of Work: Complete interior remodel of old Mountlake Terrace rambler. Beautiful job on the crown molding! Fantastic hardwood floors! Installation of new windows. Updated plumbing and electrical. Also replaced roof and some siding. Beautiful exterior paint job!

Description of Work: BuiltToBuildIt tore off a concrete deck and much of the structure under it, due to moisture damage from 15 years of water infiltration. The deck was built over a portion of the garage (approx 8 feet in width) and due to poor original construction techniques, much rot had developed in the structure. BuiltToBuildIt had bid the original concrete removal, installation of a new water-proof membrane, replacement of the exposed aggregate concrete deck, and all necessary siding repair, etc. involved with the removal. When we discovered the rotted area's, we discussed several possible repairs, decided on the appropriate one, and they did all the structure repair. This was all done on a Time and Material basis, and they were extremely fair in all their charges. I would definitely recommend them for work, and would use them again, if the need arises.
