Description of Work: I imagine that they do good work. However, after Mike called me back after recieving my message, and after texting him directions to my house, I waited for a return call that never came. He never got in touch with me to come out and provide an estimate. In fact I never heard from him again. This was the second contractor I called who did this to me. Must just be me.

I'm terribly sorry, I have been overwhelmed with work due to the 2 back to back wind storms and I have been tardy responding to some of my customers. If you'd like to try again it's best to call me after 5 pm and I answer my phone till as late as 11 I will provide you with a 15% discount off any work you'd like. Thank you. Mike's estimate spanked all the others by a mile. He and his crew was on time, courteous, and professional. They started at 9 and by 11 they had finished and cleaned up the yard.
Description of Work: Removed one 150' fir tree close to power lines and grind two stumps 20" deep.

I am sorry for your experience. You purchased an Angie's list deal that was only for the Pierce county area. I emailed you immediately after your purchase and relayed that information that I do not service your area I am not licensed to work in Seattle. I also called my Angie's list rep and told them that several members had mistakenly purchased coupon deals from me including one in California. That ad clearly stated that I am based in Gig Harbor, I am sorry you had a bad experience.

I am not sure who this gentleman is, I checked my records and have no history of speaking to him or taking his call. I answer all my own calls and pride myself on giving every customer a great experience from the first call through the end of the job. If I dropped the ball I apologize that is not how my company does business. My customers can count on me answering my calls 7 days a week and most days a same day appointment is available for estimates.
