United Rentals

I have been using United Rentals for lawn care products repairs for years. They have always been slow in getting the job done, but this year they pushed me over the edge. I had a friend take in my mower to be repaired almost six weeks ago. When I called to find out what was wrong and why it was taking so long they said they hadn?t even looked at it. They not only didn?t apologize, but they said that they ?Might? be able to get a chance to look at it in 4 or 5 days. They told me that then they could determine what it might need and how much longer it might take to get it running. I gave up on them and asked my friend to pick up the mower and take it to Dad?s mower service (see my review). After talking to the owner of Dad?s I decided to also take in another old non-running mower to see what he could do with it. The difference was shocking. He immediately determined what they both needed and after I authorized the repairs he got them both running in less than a day. I will never take anything in for repair to United Rentals again.
