I hired Tracy's painting 2 years ago to do all my exterior painting which was a huge job. The crew was professional and did an awesome job. I hired them again to do a drywall repair. They didn't disappoint so I'll be using them again in the future

Good not great. I expected a higher quality of work based on reviews and for the price I was paying. The house looks fine but much of the trim and windows are sloppy, there is enough of the trim color on the body of the house that I had to go back and touch up myself. There was also quite a bit of mess left behind. Paint all over my plants and lawn and large paint chips left all over; quite concerning since I was told by this company that my house has lead paint. There was also quite a large paint spill behind my garage that was not cleaned up, I had to remove 3-4 5 gallon buckets worth of paint soaked dirt after they left. I had some major issues with professionalism, my spare key was lost and my personal phone number was apparently made available to crew members. I don't think I would go with Tracy's again.

We had a deck with rotting foundations that I opted to remove, as well as a weathered and rotting car port that was becoming unsafe. Also had dry rot near the chimney of our house that needed repair, and a full paint job afterwards. We were getting new gutters and roofing work as well, and Tracy's painting helped coordinate the timing with the other contractors. I can't recommend Tracy's Painting for painting and carpentry (in-house) enough. Top notch workmanship, and a fair price for the work. They stayed on top of communication throughout the process, and made it easy. There was also a few areas that I noticed that needed touch up after the fact (a week or so later), and Madaline didn't hesitate to send someone out to do this free of charge.

They were great they showed up on time and were very professional. They did everything that I asked and did it in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for this type of work.

House including the gutters and downspouts looks great. They washed the house, caulked where needed, and painted the house. Very clean job. No overspray. Gutters all back up. They had a big crew, 5 or 6 guys so two days and bang, house was painted. This was so easy we should have done this sooner. They really work hard at doing a quality job. A tip. Have your roof and gutters cleaned first. Have the gutters repaired second. Have the driveway cleaned third, and then have the house painted. This order improves how the paint looks when you are really done. If you need some repair work along with the painting, Tracy's offers that also. The paint crew arrived on time, were personable and professional. They answered my questions and put up with me looking at what they were doing. This worked very well. I'd use them again.

Tracy and his crews have always treated us well. All crews have a lot of experience and it shows in their craftsmanship. Some of the guys are funny as well.

It all went pretty well but they used their paint that the company has instead my own.

They were great from start to finish. Tracy runs a quality crew. They were on time, polite and went the extra mile to make us happy. We love the job they did and would highly recommend them. Their price was also very reasonable compared to the other bids that we got.

The paint job went well, and color turned out really nice. Some of my plants were ruin when heavy tarps were placed over them in hot weather. One thing that did bother me was that the company did not even call to see if I was happy with their job, nor not even a thank you.

My husband was very impressed with the estimator and her attention to detail in looking at the condition of the house and proposing prep work, carpentry, and painting.

Excellent. They were prompt, courteous and performed in a professional way. The job was completed in about two weeks and the job supervisor ensured that work proceeded smoothly even down to the small details of keeping a clean worksite at all times. The work done is top notch. Was surprised that we did not get a follow up call from the estimator to ask us for feedback on the work performed but had he called we would have given them top marks. Would definitely use this company again and would certainly refer them to friends.

See above response. Very friendly crew, very professional job, including great prep work and careful attention to windows and joints needing re-calking. Done quickly and extremely well, good clean-up work, as well. Left the exterior of our house looking as if it were brand new. Tracy's also provided a handyman service, and we got several handy-man items done quickly and professionally, with some nice follow-up on a few details.

They came right out to do the estimate. They were very professional. They had no room for improvements. They were perfectly fine.

An excellent choice for having your home exterior repainted. Their price was not the least expensive but because of their good reviews we decided to use them anyway and we are very glad we did. There were a few scheduling issues but these were due to the weather and not anything under the companies control. The quality of the work was excellent. They arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up.

Excellent professional service

Tracy has great vision and great ideas. His crew is beyond professional and punctual - they are very talented at what they do. They all stand behind their work and take pride in it. Our job spanned multiple months, but was done on schedule.

Work was done on schedule, and in budget. We were happy with the quality of the finished product, some of the trim will need touch up this summer, however.

I was pretty happy with the way they carried it out but it was done pretty quickly and it didn't last as I thought it would last. I expected it to last longer; the quality of good paint should last ten years.

I did use Tracy's Quality Painting INC. They absolutely gave me ideas. They did a good job. Tracy was very responsive. I was very happy with all of their employees. They are very active and intelligent. And they did a great job for me. They had lower price and definitely good painting. They were very responsive. Their punctuality was wonderful. They were very professional.

They did great, especially considering amount of work that had to be done before painting. They sprayed and rolled, multiple times where needed. Great job on old metal doors which had some rust. I asked for guidance on how to paint the inside of one of the doors, and he just did it for me! Everyone was so nice, considerate and professional. Will definitely use them again for other projects.

We are very pleased with the job. The rotting boards needed replacing, and we were concerned with the condition of the chimney cap. The crew added a splash rail to the cap installation to keep the rainwater from running down the wood boards (the source of the previous rot), which is something we had not known was available. The two-man crew were prompt, unobtrusive, friendly and did an excellent job. We would expect to have Tracy bid on any future jobs we may have.

The estimator was very professional and helpful with information to think about in doing the job overall. This was my second estimate for this job and the other company had an earlier opening and was referred by a friend so went with them. Have no complaints about Tracy;s Quality painting but did not use their service for this job.
