I don’t even know where to begin. As a first time home buyer, the whole experience was completely foreign to me. Lindsay took me under her wing, showed me the ropes, and was extremely transparent throughout the process. 

So here’s the story. I fell in love with a condo that had just gone on the market, and in short, we were outbid. (She knew that it wasn’t worth what it was going for. She was doing me a big favor by advising we don’t offer up any more.) Afterwards, Lindsay wrote letters to other owners at the complex saying that she had an interested buyer - and low and behold, we got one!! The whole scenario was completely meant to be. I’m writing this review from the comfort of my new home, my first home, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Lindsay is my realtor for life. If you’re looking for a no B.S. realtor who’ll a) tell you like it is, and b) make the process fun and exciting - Lindsay Jackman is the realtor for you.

Lindsay is very easy to work with. She's available pretty much when you need her. She knows her stuff. I have complete confidence in her and her work!

Lindsay blew our socks off from the interview to the closing table. She is phenomenal at her job and goes above and beyond to make her clients feel confident every step of the way. She is punctual, professional, organized, and on top of her game with the best strategies to meet our needs. She is the agent you need in your corner!

I have great appreciation for Lindsay. She was a great fit for me because I am pretty straightforward and I felt that she was also the same way. Her ability to negotiate was great. I think if I would be working with someone else, it wouldn’t work out the same way. She really advocated for me.

Lindsay is fantastic. She was there for us and worked with us even though we didn't have the typical Gig Harbor budget (as a smaller purchaser). She treated us just like anyone else with a bigger price point. She became a friend of the family, took care of our children and walked through fire to find us the perfect house. We still open the door of our house to her everyday.

Lindsay did a great job! I've known Lindsay since high school and she helped a lot. It was our first house and she helped ease a lot of our anxiety and fears through this process.

With Lindsay's help and her work, I don't have any complaints. She was ABSOLUTELY great! In the market, the houses were too expensive - but she was on top of it. She doesn't accept anything less than a great standard. There were some things that the sellers left behind and she got that taken care of.
