Sanwood cabinetry, Granite and Accessories

TERRIBLE. Our contractor went by the showroom in Gig Harbor later in January to match colors only to find the store empty with no contact information anywhere. We tried Sandra's cell phone only to be greeted with "the mailbox is full you may not leave a message". So, with no contact info, (we tried MANY angles) believeing we had been scammed, we contacted VISA who credited our account for the charge. (What a great service). Finally got a contact from a friend of our contractor who suggested we text the cell number. Sure enough she responded and said all is well she can deliver. A day later she calls upset we had canceled the VISA payment. After a lengthy call, she could not decide if she still wanted to deliver the counter top for the price/service previously quoted. Promised a lot at first but delivered nothing. I would avoid this vendor even though the price might sound great.
