Description of Work: I had emailed and phoned the owner, Dan, before Christmas about getting the remaining part of 2 2nd floor gutters cleaned and a skylight cleaned as well (a small job in anyone's book). There was always a quick response to my phone calls. Not having the work done by the New Year, it took several more emails, all of which were eventually responded to. At about that time, and without any prior knowledge, a RoofTop Services employee, Tony, showed up and went about the work without hesitation. He welcomed my questions and concerns; he was very nice, and respectful of the property. Further, he was very careful of where he deposited the debris from the gutter onto the ground without making a mess. If there was ever the model "pro" for this type of business it is Tony. It took some effort and time connecting but the results were worth it.

Normally payment is day of service, but that were very understanding and helpful. My neighbor commented on how nicely they cleaned up afterwards as well.

+ -1 moreI've used them twice. I wasn't very happy with their cleanup. They left all kinds of debris underneath. They did the roof fine but I had to get the hose up underneath on the fascia to get it cleaned off.

+ -1 moreI was told they would show up at 9 am. I hurried out of the house that morning only to find someone there at 5 pm still cleaning. We had to change dinner plans as we were going to BBQ. They did a good job of cleaning the roof, but I still had a lot of debris to clean up in the yard after. I am pretty picky about that. Also, I had some water somehow get in the house and down my dining room light and puddled on my dining room table. When I called to ask about it Dan the owner said it was probably from a vent and not to worry. I have NOT had any water inside since (I was worried I had a leak now) but it was pretty discouraging to see. Not sure where it DID come from.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate and they came on $100 lower than the company I used before. I had the roof cleaned and moss treatment applied.

+ 2 moreDan, the owner, came out in the pouring rain on a Friday afternoon days before our planned appointment (for gutter and chimney cleaning) to fix a leaking skylight. He returned the following week and cleaned both fireplaces and chimneys, then sent his crew to clean the roof and gutters. He also promptly returned a few days later when the skylight starting leaking again. He and his crew are responsive, thorough and don't leave a mess behind. The prices were fair and I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Fixed a leak around a skylight, cleaned the tile roof and gutters and applied an anti-moss treatment, replaced cracked tiles and cleaned 2 chimneys. Also included were a roof inspection and recommendations for future repairs.

+ -1 moreWe had estimates from $700 to over $2,000 for the job. Rooftop Services was at the low end of pricing and included a discount and gas card to boot. It is a messy job, but the result was very nice.
Description of Work: A crew of two came to pressure wash my home's tile roof. They did a very thorough job including cleaning the gutters. They then rinsed off all my overhangs, windows and walls. After completing the roof, they cleaned up all the moss debris from my deck, driveway and porches. They then applied a moss preventative to the roof. It looks new. The last time it was cleaned was about 6 years ago and it was loaded.
