Paul and his crew were great to work with. Jerrod, Derrick and Janine are excellent professionals and the final product reflects their talent. We never had any doubt that we were being well taken care of. I will hire Paul again.

Once we worked out a date and time, things progressed smoothly from there. Paul's installer was on time (and early), knocked out the work and did a quality job with the tile. They had pulled off the baseboard and because of earlier repairs, I was missing a couple of pieces. The wrong size width was bought by a previous repairman and even though they offered to finish that part of the job, I declined and had my father-in-law finish it.

He had a person named Jared working with him. Jared was very helpful and good at problem solving. We were happy with them. We would use them again.

He was really super! We were very happy to find him! Both his professionalism and personality were very, very good!

Paul and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were on time, they were careful with the tear out and saved all the cool stuff from the old bathroom. They understood what we were trying to do and helped to make sure the bathroom would fit the house. They work quickly and very carefully. They were painstaking with the tile work. They reconditioned the pedestal sink and re-chromed the faucets and handles and then figured out how to make the old parts work with the new pipes and valves. Working in an old house you always find surprises but they figured out all the problems and found solutions to them. The end result was a new bathroom with subway tile and tile wainscoting that works like a beautiful modern bathroom but has the feel of a bathroom that fits the house. Thank you to Paul, Jared, Derek, Jeanine, Caleb and Garrett. You guys respected our home and were welcome additions. See you again on the next project.

A thoroughly enjoyable remodel if there is such a thing. Paul listens to your needs and wants, helps you with soiund advice and concentrates on making the job easy for all. Very helpful in allowing us to work with commercial suppliers so that we could save on fixtures. Gave us great suggestions on materials and the best vendors to use. Those leads really made the process easy and all were fair and competetive on price. His crew for our job - Derick and Jared - were great. Became our "sons" while they were here. Always on time, hard working, skilled, very conscientious and just a joy to have around. Careful to ask my wife at every step if what they were doing was what she wanted and picked up quickly on her preferences. All the work was precise, professional, and attention to detail was excellent. For example, in installing the new tub, they found that one of the underlying studs was a little high. Made sure that they adapted to that, fixed the problem and then carried the adjustment through on tiling the floor so that the result was perfectly level throughout. Could not be happier with the results. Despite some minor changes as we went, Paul held to the original estimate. We got great work at a very fair price. We will certainly use Paul for any future work and recommend him highly. He's thoroughly professional in every way.

They had the best quality classman ship and did a great deal on tiles. He completely rebuilt one bathroom from nothing and the other one he put in shower and tiled it.

His work and his crew were terrific. He started on Thursday and was finished by Saturday. I would recommend him highly. We were in a bind, and we wanted to get the work done. He was very responsive.

Complete master bathroom remodel. Final cost was as quoted despite an unpredicted long and complicated demolition. Very responsive to changes and requests.Friendly staff, Paul and his crew were great. We plan on using them again in the spring for another remodel.

The remodel went great. The project start was delayed by a couple of days due to some extenuating circumstances, but once it was underway took exactly as long as estimated. Paul's employees were all very professional and happy to explain what they were doing at any time. They did a great job of containing the indoor construction mess (essential with a toddler in the house), cleaning up their working area in our garage nightly and communicating ahead of time when their work might inconvenience us. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom and plan on using Paul again when we re-do our master bathroom in a couple of years.

Mr. Haugen had two primary workers who showed up on time, worked efficiently and were curtious. When there were minor problems, Mr. Haugen responded and corrected them quickly; we had ongoing good communication with Mr. Haugen. They did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done and, at our request, left us some unused sheets of plywood.

Paul was referred to us through the Service Magic site, which matched him up with us for some deck work, but once we connected over the phone, he informed me that he'd love to bid on our kitchen/bath remodel as well, as this was also work he was well experienced with. He arrived on time, and took lots of notes and measurements of our various project areas. I was particularly impressed with his "out of the box" thinking, as he came up with some solutions "on the fly" where most of his competitors fell short. Paul also turned in one of the most price-competitive quotes of the half-dozen or so contractors who came out to bid, as well as having a genuinely pleasing personality to deal with. Although we ultimately went with another contractor, my wife and I highly recommend Paul Haugen for anyone's short list of contractors to consider for most any household project!
