Patriot gave a very thorough bid and started when they said. They cleaned up after themselves. There were a few issues. The bid spec'd metal valleys and I had to get them to fix that which they did. The bid also spec'd hi-profile ridge which was not applied. The explanation was that it didn't come in my roof color. Should have been cleared up before installation. 2 cuts in the siding are messy and they have promised to return and fix.

They were patient and understanding with me, since I wasn't able to be there when they were. They work was good and no mess left behind.

John Campopiano estimated the job. Showed up on time. Professional approach. Said what would be done and gave me a fair quote. I accepted the job after several other bids. All were less expensive, but I didn't feel confortable with the other bidders approach. Steve Campbell set up the appointment start time. Said the project would be done that day. On time on budget. He supported the installers, Ebgrardo and helper David with material following rip out. Great job. Little things I never thought of were first rate. Material top of the line. No cutting corners. Steve came with the bill. No over or aboves. Outstanding job!

I found him very willing to listen. We didn't have an issues with the way I wanted things. He was able to handle things very well.
