This is one of the best companies I have worked with for all of my home improvement projects. Jim, who came to provide the bid, was extremely knowledgeable and recognized the unique technical challenges of my roof and provided excellent details regarding the options available. He was not a greasy salesman, but rather a true expert. They price matched with another company to give a fair price. They then showed up on time, did the work in the previously stated amount of time, cleaned well each day, and were extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. Steve, the owner, came by after it was done to inspect, and sort out the few remaining questions. The roof is great, I have a great warranty, and had a great experience from beginning to end with the company. I highly recommend them.

I knew exactly what I was getting, what I was getting into, and why, because of the bid presentation. They're bid included things the other bids from other companies did not, yet the price was still competitive.

The roof had more water damage than initially expected but they did a great job letting us know what needed to be done that wasn't included in the quote. They also fixed issues with the vents and skylights so that leaking will be less likely of a problem in the future, without extra charge. All this in one day plus all the cleaning up work. I could easely recomand them to anyone I know.

What a wonderful company to do business with. Everyone from the salesperson, Jim ,the office people, Eberardo and his crew,and Steve,the owner, were friendly,professional and efficient. As other reviews said, they cleaned up and did little extras like cleaning off the patio cover as part of their great customer service. One of the main things I liked about talking about and getting the bid, was that Jim didn't pull the "used car salesman trick" of giving a high bid and then "calling the boss" for approval to lower it, or give a "sign right now!" to get the lower price. Jim gave us a fair price with no tricks. I would recommend Patriot Roof to anyone who wants good and efficient customer service.

Patriot Roofing exceeded my work expectations. They even fixed my bathroom ventilation hose that was loose and clean my old gutters without additional charged. The bid priced was reasonable for the county I live in. They cleaned up their work like they were never there. I will recommend them again.

John the salesperson was very informative and helpful in the decision making process. The crews worked efficiently and were neat and safe during install. Yard cleaned up very well on last day. Steve the owner came out after the project to review prior to accepting payment. Given numerous pictures of the work as it progressed to ensure all worked was completed as discussed. I would highly recommend this company.

Patriot roofing had a slightly higher cost than others. The old shingles were removed, a soffit vent and ridge vents installed, new shingles. 4 sheets of plywood were replaced & all of the old vents removed ( didn't need them with the ridge vent. They also installed a solar tube. The Patriot crew and salesman were all pro's, no pressure. work was completed in two days, They cleaned up both days. rather than a small patch over the vent holes they went from truss to truss with new plywood. I would highly recommend this company.

We ended up doing an asphalt shingle roof due to HOA requirements. This company's employees did an excellent job and it took them only two days to roof and clean-up. This included some extra work installing baffles and replacing lumber.

Company provided before and after pictures of the repairs that were very helpful in showing what is going on. I think the pricing is fair. One may find someone to do the work for less but the customer service, professionalism, and prompt quality service they provide is worth it. I will certainly use them again for my roofing needs.

I have a 96 year old home with several additions through the years, meaning a challenging roof line. We ran into some issues tying the trim/flashing all together to unify the look, but Steve Campbell, the owner was wonderful, the customer service was great, and in the end, while it took longer than originally planned, I am completely happy with the outcome!

Everything about the service of Patriot Roofing was first class and totally satisfactory. On the first meeting with John the estimator he made sure he knew what we needed and explained how the process would work. He did a thorough inspection, took pictures and measurements and explained materials and roofing procedures. On the second visit he had a complete replacement proposal and more thoroughly explained the materials and replacement schedule. The pricing plan was satisfactory. Jose, the foreman and his crew arrived on schedule, Jose explained the plan for the day and asked if we had any questions or special needs. The entire crew worked very hard and seemed to work very well together. They did a good clean up at the end of each day, completed the roof replacement on schedule and did a very thorough clean up at the completion of the job. Steve, the owner of Patriot did a final inspection, gave us pictures of every step and portion of the job and explained the warranties.pdf We are completely satisfied with the entire job and recommend Patriot with complete confidence.

Trustworthy

This company was more honest than the first contractor I looked at. The consultant was prompt and called just before arrival. He was thorough in what they would do and went up on the roof to see exactly what was needed. They also gave references, and online resources to check their integrity and ratings. I'm happy with the work they did and the fact that the owner inspected the job. I think it is important to check before committing. The first contractor came in at double the cost I paid, misrepresented themselves, and disrespected me as a woman and senior.

Not the cheapest bid by far..but they did sooo much more work. I never need to worry about my roof again. Lifetime guarantee. Excellent company.

They came in and spent 2 hours showing me everything they were going to do and left me a very informative package to review. My wife had questions I could not explain because she was not there so they came back out and spent 2 hours going over it with her. Great company.
