Kings Custom Builders procided some of the highest quality work possible. The were quick, easy to work with and communicate with, and affordable. The team was professional and polite and they throughly cleaned up after themselves trying to leave the surrounding areas of the project as undisturbed as possible from the construction.

My experience with Kings Custom Builders was extremely disappointing. From the start, their lack of attentiveness to us as customers was evident. We had scheduled several meetings for them to be part of the design process, but the owner, Jesse, failed to attend any of them and always had an excuse or dodged our calls. What's even more concerning is that Jesse attempted to put a lien on our house for work that he never completed and for a process he was never a part of. When we expressed our frustration and disappointment, he resorted to threats of legal action if we posted any negative reviews. The process of dealing with company soured us so bad, we sold the house and bought something else rather than work with a builder/contractor. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it's clear that I will never work with Jesse or Kings Custom Builders again. My experience with them was marked by unprofessionalism and a lack of integrity, and I would caution anyone considering their services.

It went awesome. Jesse was professional and had great suggestions when it came to our old 1929 Dutch Colonial home. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. He was flexible with time as well. Would hire again! We have already received many compliments on the new porch from neighbors!
