 + -1 moreI went in with a non-functioning computer. It booted up very slowly, and would not connect to the Internet at all. Melissa Anderson (owner of Kickass Computer Chick) fixed it THE SAME DAY! She had discovered viruses, hijackers, unnecessary software, malware, adware, and more, installed on my computer. She got rid of all of the bad stuff on my computer, and I was able to once again hook up to both my wireless and wired connections at home. A+++++ service. I have recommended her company to many other people, and will continue to do so. And if my computer ever need help again, I will most definitely return for her services.
Description of Work: Got my computer onto the Internet once again, and sped it up.
