Joe is a good listener and he is pretty careful to show properties that really fit. He showed us properties that really fit our stated requirements. He is a good realtor. He sort of learnt as he worked with us to know what was important to us. He paid attention to all of that, and he was very responsive and happy to help us and show us whatever we wanted to see.
