Jamie ( owner ) came and gave an estimate within a day of my call of inquiry. He was friendly and professional providing answers to questions and giving further insight on my metal roof that hadn't been cleaned in 5 years - lots of pine needles, twigs and a good coating of dried algae. The job was performed that same week over a 2 day period. Jamie did the bulk of the work himself. Metal roofs are extremely dangerous to be on let alone when your power washing them. He made sure to take safety precautions ( tie down). It took 5 1/2 hours to complete the work . I only give a " B " on pricing because I didn't bid out, trusting The List and supporting a local business instead here. Perhaps this service could be performed cheaper. Bottom line roof looks great !

Job was done over several days so that it was done correct...and not just rushed. From the time of contact professional, polite and a great work ethic. The quality of work was far superior to prior companies doing this service. He was conscientious and wanted to make sure you were completely satisfied with the project done. A refreshing experience. I confidently recommend them and will be using them for future projects.

Workers were on time and courteous. They did a good job and I have no complaints. I was the last customer they would travel this far for with the Angies list coupon.

I scheduled Harbor Pro to do some work at my mother's home in Port Orchard. They did a fabulous job on all the work that they did. I was not at the house on the day that the work was done so there was some misunderstanding with my mother. What most positively impressed me was how, when there was a communication problem and I had some concerns they addresses them immediately. I had a good phone conversation with the owner Jaime. It is really tough to get good people to help on projects for senior adults and for them not to feel that they are being taken advantage of. Jaime was incredibly fair at resolving any problems. The work that his crew did made my Mom very happy and that makes me happy too. I certainly plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

They did a very good job. They had great customer service and willing to talk.

ld contractor hemmed and hawed about coverage issues, ie: they under Angies List agreement would only cover so much and it appeared we had more pavement than contracted for. while he eventually went ahead and did what we wanted, we did not have the siding cleaned as it would entail addtl costs. we would in all likelihood use Cougar Pressure Washing or another company next time as their coverage is more complete albeit slightly more expensive due to overall square footage.

That turned out great. They were professional and worked within the time frame that they promised. They did this service on a 2 story home.

We were staging our house for sale and the driveway and walk were dingy. Harbor Home Pro came by and powerwashed them. Both areas look beautiful - they did an excellent job.

Right on time, extra $20 for porch was worth it! Really professional and courteous folks.

Three people came out and it took about an hour. They had a breakdown when they were initially supposed to come out on June 6. We were told they would arrive between 8:00 or 8:30 and we didn't receive a call until 3 pm to let us know that they wouldn't make it. We would have liked to receive a phone call, but they were willing to reschedule for June 17. The service was fine and they did as we expected. They did do a good job and were clean and accurate, but we probably wouldn't call them again.

The company contacted me immediately and we set up a date and time to do the work. I was told that I did not need to be onsite...it was true!!! When I got home, the job was done. It is the best roof service I've received in ten years. I'm a real believe now in Angie's list. Harbor Home Pro is excellent, users will not be disappointed.

Everything went well. They showed on time, did a good job with the cleaning, and didn't leave behind any messes. Furthermore, the house looks good, and the eaves no longer have mold.

Everything looks excellent. Seemed a little pricey, but I didn't shop around so I cannot say how the price compares to competitors. They were prompt when responding to phone calls and emails and arrived when they said they would. Very professional. Thank you!

They did a fabulous job! They were quick and thorough, and they cleaned everything up once they were finished.

Jamie and his team were punctual, polite, and professional. We have a long walkway to our house that is a raised wooden platform/deck. It had some rotted sections and was worn. We also wanted some type of integral non-slip material in the paint. The team did what they said they were going to do at the price they quoted. At the end of the work Jamie came to personally inspect and ensured that all the minor details were correct before he handed us an invoice. ************** One month update. We had a few issues with paint bubbling. HOWEVER, I attribute that to the condition of the wood. Jamie and his team did a thorough job prepping, my deck material is very close to needing replacement. Jamie came back out and made spot repairs. It blends right in.

The crew arrived when scheduled, told me coupon covered roof,gutters, downspouts, that skylights were $10ea extra. I agreed and they pressure washed the roof and gutters, cleaned the downspouts, and cleaned off the skylights. They were done in less than an hour. Nice, professional crew. Would definitely use again.

Ryan arrived on time. Very professional. Cleaned up to the point that one wouldn't know he was even here.

On time. Took about 5 hours to pressure wash shed and garage metal roofs. Missed some spots on garage roof ribbing, but rewashed when pointed out. Workers were polite and professional.

Jamie was very nice and professional, very nice man. I only dealt with him by phone and he was very nice and explained everything to me. He called me on the 20th and his crew was out within the hour to do the work :o)

Jamie came right out to give a cost estimate for window washing. He was professional and seemed trustworthy. We set a date for the job and the washers, Steve and Luke, came right on time. The bid was the price we paid after the job was completed. Steve and Luke came to our house for window washing and screen cleaning. These young, hard-working guys were polite, professional, and efficient. We have a challenging home with MANY windows and several skylights but the job was done well. When I had questions about 2 windows that seemed to be clouded, Steve explained that we have some gaps where moisture gets in and creates a fogging problem that requires replacing the windows. I think the price is probably reasonable although I have had our windows cleaned for less money - but the washer that cleaned them was unreliable and didn't show up last year after several appointments were made, so I decided it was worth paying more for getting the job done. And, I did have one bid that was higher, so the price is probably fair enough. I would hire this business again.

They arrived on time ,, were very courteous and professional ,did an excellent job. It was the best pressure wash of our driveway ever.

The two men did a fantastic job! I couldn't be more pleased. Before they started washing the siding they moved all the furniture - including some heavy potted plants - out of the way. I didn't have to move a thing. They spent a lot of time doing the job, they were very thorough, and my condo looks like new! And to make it a perfect experience, the two (I wish I could remember names) were as nice as could be, and very cute! The entire experience was great, and I will recommend this company to everyone. Jamie and his crew cleaned the exterior of 25 duplexes in our condo community. They brushed the vinyl siding, gave it a soft rinse and pressure washed all our drives, patios and sidewalks. They also removed window screens and squeegeed the windows leaving them streak free. They finished the project in 5 days much to my surprise and I think also to Jamie. After finishing the cleaning on Friday they returned Monday morning to treat roofs for moss. There are 51 owners here and this is the first project in the 11years I've lived here that there were no complaints about the quality of the work performed, all the residents I spoke with were very complimentary of both the job that was done and the attitude and demeanor of the people doing it. Our maintenance program calls for an exterior cleaning every 3 years and I've had comments already that we should have Harbor Home Pro as our go to guys in the future. On a separate contract they also performed the same services on our community center. Thank you Jamie and your crew for such a great job.
