Brad with Harbor Asphalt took my down payment and showed up 7 months later after dozens of calls/texts. That in itself was a headache, but the quality of the driveway was worse. Chunks of the driveway would come loose daily, I asked Brad to please fix it or seal it, he said he did a fantastic job and said no. I received 3 bids from professional sealcoating companies, all 3 advised me to get my money back from whoever paved the driveway because it was done improperly. When I brought this to Brad's attention he first dodged my calls for months, called from an unknown number and got him to answer, but he went on to say his "business partner" also thinks the driveway was great and refused to repair or even seal it. In fact, he tried getting his son to sealcoat the driveway for THREE TIMES the highest bid I received from better companies. In between all of this mess were dozens and dozens of excuses of why he had to keep changing the date, etc. To say it was a headache is an understatement! The workers who showed up seemed nice, but Brad is a con artist, avoid!

They also leveled out several areas where the pavement and underlying soil sank and created low spots in the parking lot. They were efficient, punctual and very professional with us. This is the third time I have used Brad's company for paving and sealing jobs, and I recommend them for any paving job. They are not the cheapest around but they are top quality and reliable.

Brad and his crew at Harbor Asphalt were great. They were very polite, professional, and courteous. They picked up after themselves, kept me informed on the next steps and did what they said they would do. We highly recommend Harbor Asphalt. We had an interesting steep driveway with a large parking area. Brad gave us some good ideas of what we could do with the space that made better us of it for our lifestyle. I know that our driveway presented challenges for his team. But they made it happen and it looks great. Thank you Harbor Asphalt!
