Excellent! Considerate from start to finish. Very professional and really wanted to make sure the job was done well and that we were satisfied. When I asked for one little area to be revisited, the man was happy for the opportunity to do an even better job and asked for me to tell him if there were any more spots so he could fix them. This is almost unheard of anymore and we were very impressed.

The service couldn't have gone better or more efficiently. Three days after we received and accepted the estimate the cleaning crew was out and ready to begin work. Due to the steepness of the roof and having to take extra safety precautions the work took a little bit longer than estimated. We were kept informed as to the progress and were given an acceptable schedule for the follow up on the second day. The crew was on time and extremely professional. They also pointed out a few problem areas on our roof that need to be addressed before the heavy winter rains begin.

We just had one of the most bizarre interactions with a business owner ever. Our neighbor's arranged for our shared dock to be pressure washed this week. We were unaware of this arrangement and our boat was moored at the dock at the time of the pressure washing. Tiny wood particles splattered all over the hull of our boat and splinters became imbedded into the lines and pretty much destroyed them. When we hosed the debris off the hull we found that the pressure washer had taken the blue paint off in places in the exact mark of a pressure washer all along the dark blue hull. When we contacted the Hal Bennett office, the woman we spoke to was strangely defensive and insisted that their worker was very careful. What she didn't know is that I had arrived home while he was working on the dock and I witnessed the end of his "careful" work. Today my husband texted a photo of the damage and Hal Bennett called us. My husband had the phone call on speaker and the whole family had the joy of listening to Hal criticizing us for having the boat on the dock, belittling our concern about the property damage, personally attacking my husband's character and on and on for twenty minutes. It was weird and exceedingly unprofessional. Honestly, we were shocked. I would never recommend this company based on our experience.

We've been using his window washing services for our Olalla home several years and have him scheduled again this year (May 2015). Hal was very prompt in giving me a quote which was far lower than other bids I received although the other bids included roof cleaning which I did not need. I think that the price was extremely reasonable, especially after Johnny finished the job. I was so happy with the walkways, it made my year. All the dirt and moss were removed and I had a brand new outside! I definitly recommend Hal Bennett and his crew and will use him again next year. Am thinking of window cleaning for next year as well. Very professional.

It went really well. They do just a really thorough job. They're very meticulous in not getting our house dirty. They're very polite and courteous. They come really on time. Everything went really well. The price included the three of those.

I used them after I got a word-of-mouth referral. He had a helper and they did my entire house; it was called their Early-Bird special. This is the third year in a row we have had them do that. He also cleans roofs, does windows - inside and out as well as skylights. He also does gutters, seals roofs and has pressure washed both the outside of my house and my driveway. He is very good at what he does and has very reasonable prices; everybody in our neighborhood uses them. He is very helpful and easy to work with.
