Worked with Rich for a simple electric furnace swap, he came to my place in a couple days after calling and gave me a quote ONE THOUSAND less than three other places. Thought it'd be too good to be true, but nope, outstanding experience all around. Three days after giving him and Cummings the go-ahead, I got a new system installed at the quoted price, and excellent work was done by a couple young technicians. Everyone at Cummings was great to work with, professional with great attitudes. And it was fun talking sports with Rich too. Couldn't recommend Cummings more, not only for the price, but everything else.

Just a lousy experience all around except for the lady on the phone who scheduled my appointment. First got a call stating that they were suspicious on even touching my heat pump if it wasn't installed by them. Then why would they come up as an option to repair or service a heat pump on this site? Then they said well I'll try to come out yadda yadda. I asked to please call and let me know if they aren't going to make it. No phone call. No apology. Nothing. Just me sitting twiddling my thumbs expecting someone to tell me what's wrong with my heat pump.

I was very pleased. Nick came the next day, answered my questions, made suggestions on possible future replacement of a water heater without high pressure and took care of the issue. I was very happy with them.

They were professional, quick, they were reasonably priced and very very good.

Experience was an excellent

Initially, the communication was good. An appointment was scheduled but due to work, I had to reschedule. I called a couple days out and left a message and when it had not been returned by the day of the original service I called again. They answered this time and quickly rescheduled. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I waited during the time frame provided but no one showed or called. I have since called twice to reschedule and have not been given the courtesy of a return call.

A/C system was coming on but compressor was not starting. Called in the afternoon and Lance & Blade showed up 8:30AM next day. Problem was bad capacitor that they did not have. They added a "hard start kit" for $95.21 and offered to order the capacitor. I said I could handle that. They checkout the coolant and system function, tied down all the wiring and closed up the cabinet. All was done in less than 1 hour. Minimum charge was $175 for first hour. Both men were easy to talk to, personable and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Very pleased.

Scheduled 2 appointments, they never arrived. Called after each no show and they promised they would arrive the next day. They then arrived after I called and cancelled the job.

I would highly recommend Cummings Heating to everyone needing services. Mr. Cummings and his son were here all day replacing an outdated furnace and water heater. They were extremely professional and stuck by their initial low bid which was considerably less than other furnace businesses in the area. I was pleasantly surprised how hard they worked and clean up was wonderful. I would definitely use them again!!!A+++

I am very happy with the work done by Cummings Heating and Air Conditioning. They replaced our old furnace and water heater and installed AC. They were on time, very pleasant to work with, and did a great job of cleaning up after the job. I would not hesitate to call them for any future heating/AC needs.
