Had a property that needed serious repairs before sale. Holes in the drywall for both walls and ceiling, water damage in a small bathroom, kitchen cabinets and interior doors needed stripping and painting, install new exterior doors, demolished old shed, and haul off various debris and shed contents. They were very diligent in their work ethic and Jared was exceptional at suggestions along the way. The only potential drawback for some people might be pricing since it is on a time and material basis. Personally I prefer time and materials method since I'm neither being overcharged or getting substandard work in order to hit an estimate.

They were great. There were no problems at all. There were no extra charges to the big deal. I already had the supplies on hand. The price was fair.

While personable, Jared and Darren were less than 2 full handymen. One was more expert and move faster than the other; time had to be spent with one giving the other instruction and reporting to the other. While we did not expect that they worked every minute of the hours of the purchased Deals, they took more than 1 hour to install one bathroom towel bar, more than 1.5 hour to cut a less than 2 X 2 sf square in the garage ceiling, and more than 2.5 hours to install a new and same brand over the range microwave plus disposer. They charged time for loading a pressure washer, for every "project review" time and rounded time to the greater. Only at the end of the day did we learn that they charged us for materials such as roof caulk and spray foam used. They tried hard to create lots of trash so each bag is charged, drag out some of the times by creating extra work, and refusing to come back to repair for the jobs only talked about. Their quality of work is fine and they do clean up after themselves, but I would not pay nearly $800 for a day's work they did again.

Jared and his brother arrived close to the time we had agreed upon. We discussed the things that I would like to have done and how and/or what to do. Jared and I then went to Lowe's to get the items needed for the work they were going to do. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I had purchased a voucher for $449 for 6 hours of work by 2 people (total of 12 hours and paid them for the extra time they had put in to finish the work that same day instead to having to come back out another day. Jared is very knowledgeable and I would hire them again when and/or if I ever need someone to do some handymen work.

They did a good job. It looks well.

They got down to business and performed high quality work. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I bought a coupon from an Angie's List promotion. Mr. Cooper later informed me that I lived outside their service area (around 52 miles away). He still offered the service but expressed concern about the travel fees. It was actually my fault as I did not fully read the promotion details. However, Mr. Cooper still gave me the benefit and gave me a full refund. He even contacted Angie's List for me and kept me informed throughout the process. No money or time lost for a mistake that was mine. This shows Mr. Cooper's integrity and professionalism.

I bought the deal, two days later the service provider called and emailed letting me know that they do not work in my neighborhood and directed me to ask for a refund. Very courteous.

The project went well. I had bought a special deal through Angie's List to get them to come out for several hours. The tough part was because it was a special deal they don't come out ahead of time to get a feel for the project like they would if they were bidding on it. So, it was difficult to explain via email and phone how our roof was sagging and why. It wasn't until they got here that they really understood my issue. Jarrod and his brother hopped up in the attic with me and the 3 of us came up with a plan. His brother (I really cannot remember his name...this happened almost a year ago and I'm just now getting around to writing a review) was more of the helper. He and I went to the lumber store and got the materials we needed. Got back to the house and they knocked it out of the park. They definitely had to use some creativity to solve the problem. We all thought that they would go past the allotted time. Not only did they brace the roof...they went on to add more support to the other part of the roof too all within the time that I had paid for. They were on time and very nice. They only reason I say I would not use them again is because they live in Gig Harbor and they rightfully charge miles outside of their service area. I knew this when I bought the deal so this is not a knock against them. In the future though, I would try to find someone closer to home. I would certainly recommend them though.

They worked all day and did a good job prepping wall for painting.

They did a good job. They were a little pricey so I didn't use them beyond the 8 hours with the Big Deal.

Jared arrived on time, all work was completed as requested, he noticed some damaged ceiling around kitchen light fixture and offered to fix it, cleanup was thorough. Very pleased, would use his company again.

We had an excellent experience with Cooper Services. We've dealt with a lot of contractors lately in fixing up our new home but Jared and Darren were great. They were professional, did quality work and spent the extra time needed to insulate our pipes, drains and crawl space. We no longer hear loud whooshes of water in our basement every time someone uses the water upstairs! We had a lot of drywall to be replaced and had some tricky areas around duct work and pipes to repair and it looks 20x better than it did before the old drywall was cut out. It was especially awesome of them to stay a over their allotted time to be sure they laid the carpet we asked them to. Plus before he left, Jared gave us some great tips for making some cheap and easy repairs here and there. Super helpful! I highly recommend them!

It worked out pretty well and overall it was good. They're really nice guys and I think they're just very careful. The job took longer than I was hoping for things to get done. I've just had people that I had hired that are just a little bit quicker working, not like that they were working hard, it's just like the things were progressing as quickly as I thought it would be like. I'm not sure that I would use them again.

The two gentlemen arrived on time and did the work as promised. They were also accurate in providing a price for the additional time they spent at the house which wasn't covered in the Big Deal. Furthermore, they did quality work and, I appreciated that they laid sheets and applied tape in the areas where they worked.

Both of them were prompt, polite, friendly and willing to both give and take suggestions on accomplishing the job. You can't ask for much more in a contractor. Originally, the scope of work was to finish rebuilding an outdoor staircase that had already begun but because of the approaching fall weather, I decided instead to finish off the siding job so I could paint it myself soon. We talked about maybe constructing a wooden handrailing on an indoor staircase but they said they didn't feel comfortable. I liked hearing that a remodeling contractor knows their strengths and limitations and readily won't even attempt a project if there is any discomfort in the scope of the work. Good judgment! I quickly felt they were a couple of trustworthy professionals and was comfortable leaving them to go about their business in an open house while I ran important errands. On one occasion, they secured and locked up the premises for me when they left. From what I could tell, they only made one minor error in execution but it wasn't a deal breaker. They quickly apologized, admitted the oversight and were professionally humble. While I thought their hourly rate was a little high, I still felt that they did a pretty decent job overall.

Jarred and his brother did a wonderful job for us. They did a lot of wood trim touch up for us and helped provide insight on methods we could use to avoid having to completely re-sand and stain all of it to make it as cost effective as possible. We have no doubt they saved us a couple thousand dollars at least given all the woodwork the house has. They're schedule availability is great. We were having the work completed in our summer home and had a very tight schedule on getting things completed in a short amount of time. We ended up adding a lot of items and they accommodated all of them in our timeline and very cost effectively. We plan to use them next summer for some more painting projects. They were neat, moved all of the furniture necessary to do the work and put it all back when they were finished. We even had a 2 & 5 year old running around and they pleasantly worked around them and were quiet during nap time! We would highly recommend this company for any painting or contracting type work you have.

Even with the best laid plans, sometimes things go awry. When they cut the hole for the new lock ( which in all honesty is the reason I hired them, because I didn't have the tool and didn't want the risk of messing it up ), they drilled it to the wrong diameter. The hole was now too large to accommodate my lock. After they realized their mistake, they immediately approached me and told me what happened. They did not give an elaborate excuse, but honestly said they screwed-up. Because of their forthrightness in dealing with the problem, I chose to work through it with them. After exhausting possible remedies to the existing hole, we concluded the only real option was to buy a new lock, one that would fit the new hole. So, I drove them to Home Depot and we picked a suitable replacement lock. They paid out of their pocket for the new lock which was approximately twice the value of the lock I had provided, which they installed and is still working today. They made no money, only the $100 I paid for two hours of carpentry services. They spent four hours and money out of pocket when all was said an done. Other than the mistake, the workmanship was good. They was personable and made the best out of a bad situation. Based on the quality of work and their integrity in dealing with the problem, I'd hire them again.

We had some ceiling drywall damage in 2 rooms related to roof leaking. We repaired the roof, then called Cooper Services to repair the drywall and paint. We also had two minor drywall repairs, which they also took care of. They arrived on time and did a great job of seamless drywalling and painting. Very high quality work.

They were nice and friendly just limited in scope of services.
