landline phone service
+ -1 moreI was actually on hold for a total of 21 hours in three weeks! Contacted the FCC, they attempted assistance and still no improvement. Got out as soon as possible!!
Description of Work: Failed to provide services I was paying for and was promised. They were contacted over 15 times in two weeks with out any improvement, or response.

+ 0 moreThe internet takes a while. It's slow. The landline service is okay. I moved and there aren't too many alternatives so I chose it. They came down in the price once I talked with them. I am continuing to use them.
Description of Work: CenturyTel is my landline phone service and internet service provider.
