Description of Work: Water/bubbling on my shower walls led to the finding that old enclosure and shower door was leaking. I had numerous bids but only Blue Tile assuring me that the finest products would be used and guaranteed seals and waterproofing. Others thought putting a new enclosure in and I was pleased that Hadrian knows the importance of the long term quality and long lasting solutions. He had to rebuild the entire shower pan and address the old pipes...to find out the old enclosure was never sealed and had been leaking and pooling water for years (always wondered about a musty smell etc). While this was an expensive project for a small shower, the quality of work and knowing I will never have to worry about this shower again (in a basement so always concerned in the past with the old enclosure). And the shower is absolutely beautiful! Now I do not want to sell my house. Just so pleased at the end result and Hadrian has kept in contact to ensure all is well. Definitely hiring again for my next bathroom.

Description of Work: I will be using this company, but they haven't started the job yet. They wiil be completely gutting and redoing bathroom and installing tile on kitchen floor, and flooring throughout home. So far, I would rate them an A++ on punctuality, they are always on time, return phone calls quickly, and absolutely wonderful in giving excellent advice. So on punctuality, professionalism, responsiveness, fair and competitive pricing, these guy's are the best. I can't comment on quality because they haven't started the job. I promise to write a full and detailed report when job is completed sometime in March, but so far Hadrian and John are the best I've ever worked with, helpful in every way.
