We split up the work into two stretches of time since we did not want too much of a disruption with areas out of commission. Hadrian handled this without any issues. Each stretch of work was completed on time and above expectations. This includes 3000+ sqft of tile, a spiral staircase, and redoing a bar counter top in black granite.

We really appreciated Mr. Pop's attitude. Also, his workmanship was admirable. We are very pleased.

Hadrian did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. It was a fairly large job, and also complicated in that I asked him to install a doorless, walk-in shower. There were three types of tile used -- ceramic, small glass tile in the shower, and glass pebble tile on the shower floor. Hadrian was very careful about doing the installation properly for each type of tile, and he always discussed every decision with me to make sure I knew about everything he was doing, and to make sure that everything looked the way I wanted it to. There was quite a bit of unevenness in the walls, and Hadrian did a great job making the tile look straight and even. Hadrian did a beautiful job on the shower. He created a seamless transition (no lip) from bathroom floor to shower floor. The shower floor had to be done right or else the shower wouldn't drain properly and it could flood the bathroom! Hadrian was very careful to do everything right, and the shower drains very well. There have been absolutely no issues with the tile or any water problems. The heated floor also works perfectly. Hadrian did everything right. I think his price was very fair for the amount of work that he did. He was always very professional, punctual and worked very hard. I live in a condo,and he had to set up shop in my living room. Cutting tile and grouting are messy jobs, but Hadrian did his best to keep the mess to a minimum. He made himself available after the job was completed should any issues come up. He basically guarantees his work indefinitely. He stressed many times how important it is to him that I be completely satisfied, and I am. I feel the job was done right and I will enjoy this remodel for many years to come. I would happily recommend Hadrian to anyone doing a remodel.

I had what I thought was just a leaky tile shower floor. I started by calling bathroom remodeling contractors. I received 3 bids, very big difference in pricing. All of them wanted to remove the whole shower and start over. I loved my tile shower so I looked under tile and received two bids both of them would do the job the way I wanted. (keeping the shower tile). I hired Blue Tile and Marble and could not have been more pleased. The owner gave me a bid in one day, explained what he thought was the problem and what the job could entail, in both the worst and best once he started to pull up the leaky tile. The house is a rental house and the new renters wanted to move into the house within a week. Once the tile was pulled up we found that the shower had been installed with no pan or membrane under it and that the drain had been draining into my crawl space. The next day he had a plumber friend of his fix the plumbing part of the shower and he replaced the floor, installed the correct membrane, drain and started the tile work. We were not able to use some of the old tile and Mr. Gelu came up with a design that looked better than the original. Finished the job in 3 days, everything was clean and looked better than ever. I would recommend this company to anyone you will get a smart, calm, fair and friendly talent to do your work.

Two gentlemen came out. One of the gentlemen seemed to be more professional. He listened to me. I don’t know if he was the owner or if he was the person that goes out and deals with people. I can’t remember his name. I thought the other gentleman was kind of unprofessional. He seemed to be more of a worker, so he might take instructions from the first gentleman. I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with him. I didn’t let him know that. I think the price was pretty close because when I had it done for it was probably a little bit more. It was real close to what I ended up paying. They could have been a little better at responding. They responded well, but when I am trying to get something done I expect the contractor to know something that they might even ask me about because I don’t know. After dealing with the other contractor I kind of found out that they probably could not have asked, but they could have been more thorough in their explanation of what they were going to do. The first appointment was changed because they couldn’t get over here, but on the day that they said they were eventually going to come they did come on time. I would probably call them again for an estimate.

This was my first time using Angie's List . I wanted to have tile put down on all my bathroom floors and didn't know who would do the best job for me so I did some research on this site. I called Hadrian and set up a time for him to come by to give me an estimate. He did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done, was back to me within 24 hours with an estimate and links to tiles we had looked at the first day on the internet. I made my choices and he started the following Monday. He promised to be done Friday or Saturday and even though he encountered some floor problems in one of the bathrooms, finished Friday by noon. The price was exactly what we discussed, the cleanup was excellent and I could not recommend anyone better for this job. He was extremely professional and took great care with my home while he was working. The end result is absolutely beautiful! Thank you Hadrain!

I believe Hadrian did a good job. I say that because I have not actually seen it. I live in CA, and the property is in WA. I hired Hadrian based on AngiesList reviews.I think he handled the job really professionally. He brought in a plumber to do those tasks. And it turned out there was much more damage behind the scenes than we were aware of. But he hung in there through the entire process, and completed the job as planned and to his estimate. The timing was extended only because of the additional issues we had to deal with. He was professional throughout and very good with communication (which I think is HUGE - especially not being local). He also provided pictures from the start, middle and finish so we could actually see what was happening and what had occurred (since we don't live up there).I gave a grade of a "B" on cost, but that's really only because I didn't want to pay that much. We received 2 other quotes, also AngiesList vendors, and they were in the same ballpark. So I'm sure his estimate was fair, which is why I hired him.

I had a wonderful experience working with Hadrian and Blue Tile and Marble. Last August we purchased our dream home in Kenmore and wanted to install porcelain tile. We brought Hadrian in for a bid in February and he right away we cold tell he was customer service-oriented and took a great deal of pride in his work. His pricing was very fair he was willing to fit the job quickly. I was struck by Hadrian's willingness to start almost immediately on the job. He told me that he could begin the job within 1-2 weeks. He ended up starting within 1-2 days. I needed to complete the bathrooms quickly so that I could move my family in right away. We are immensely grateful that he helped us to move in at least 2-3 weeks early. Aside from timing, our tile floors are beautiful. It is not easy to install tile in a custom built home. Hadrian worked around the imperfections of our home and made the job look seamless. He worked with tiles of various sizes and gave us some great advice on how our choices would look installed. He's is a true professional and will do anything to do the job right. We love our floors and plan on bringing in Blue Tile & Marble back to complete more work.

He and John started, worked steadly and finished on schedule. They were meticulous in their cleanup and workmanship. All work was fully explained as the job progressed. I would highly recommend this company.

It went very well, Hadrian worked with us on timelines and price and was always prompt. His service was very professional and he completed the projects perfectly.

We decided to replace our dated kitchen tile with granite tile. Hadrian came over to see our job and to provide an estimate. He provided us with so much information about what the job would entail and options that we had that we decide quite quickly that we wanted his company to do the work for us. He communicated frequently and move the job along very quickly. He also has great connections and was able to obtain associates to help with some of the odd requirements we had for both plumbing and electrical. His work is very high quality and he is obviously committed to high customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him and I know we will use him again for any tile/granite job we may have.

Hadrian came and provideded a very thorough and detailed estimated, we decided to use his company, and his service and work was outstanding. He was on time, friendly, professional, performed the repair slate tile and grout work exactly as he quoted, and we were very impressed with his work on our bathroom project. We might even have hime come work on a second remodel project. He will be recommended in the future to all of our friends and family. Very worth contacting for any bathroom or kitchen project.

Blue Tile was great to work with. They were on time for all their appointments. They were careful communicators in what to expect. How long it would take. Careful to make sure the mess and dust did not get everywhere. They worked long days and finished on time. We ended up with a shower that is not only very safe and usable but elegant. They cleaned up nicely and took pride in their work. I would strongly recommend them. What is important to know is the work was done in a household of eighty -year- olds. They were careful to make sure my parents were happy with the end result and that the work met their needs.

Hadrian had previously done a great job installing tile in 2 bathrooms for us in 2009. In 2010, I contacted him to bid on preparation and installation of tile in a 350 sq ft family room. He visited the next day to check out the job. He made sound recommendations and promptly submitted a detailed written proposal on line. His understanding of the entire project was impresssive and he estimated costs for all of the steps. He accomplished these in a professional manner and with excellent communication of scheduling and timing. He stayed with the job and completed it in a week. He takes great pride in his work and his tile laying skills are excellent--the floor turned out great! I was impressed by the way Hadrian handled the project--his experience and knowledge allowed to solve quickly the unexpected problems that arise in renovations.

What really sold us on his work is that when they got in and tore out the old tile, the leak was being caused becasue of exactly the problem that Hadrian had explained.
