+ -1 moreWe bought a house with a spa and we had never owned a spa before. The previous homeowners had also used Aqua Pools and Spas and we had no reason to switch. We wanted to be sure to care for the spa correctly. We were advised to bring a sample of water from the hose to the store so they could determine what treatments were needed. Fortunately, the previous home owners left the manual for the spa as well as many chemicals. I learned the spa needed to be purged and was told how to do that. I made an appointment for someone to come out and drain, clean and fill the spa as well as show me how to do all those things. Jim came out and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my questions. While I rated the service, quality, etc., with A's, I still thought the price was a little excessive, maybe B+ on that.
Description of Work: Cleaned and filled spa, provided instructions on doing the same.

Description of Work: My hot tub was making start-stop noises for a half hour at a time...very annoyinng. It would not hold at any one temperature but ranged from 100 to 106. I knew it needed an electrician but did not know whom to call. I joined Angie's List just to locate a recommended technician. A very personable man responded, fixed the problem (corroded pressure switch) promptly, cleaned up and left. I am very pleased.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. Showed up promptly at the appointed time, had great ideas for how to most effectively perform the requested service, performed work efficiently, and actual cost was below estimate. The staff member who performed the work was courteous and pleasant.
Description of Work: Because we would not be using spa for an extended period, had Aqua Spa drain and shutdown entire hot tub system.

+ -1 moreThey are quick service and have awesome rates. They are very helpful at the store and helpful on the phone. I love them. I will use them in future, if we need to get a hot tub we will buy it from them.
Description of Work: I used Aqua Spas & pools we had bought a hot tub from them fifteen years ago. I last used them on febuary1st for service call because things break after fifteen years. The total bill was $99; $50 for service call and beside tax, the rest of the balance is for the labor charge.
