Owner Brad and his son Scott fully scoped the work ahead of time. They used a roto hammer to break up some old work, installed rebar to tie into a bulkhead. They laid planks across the lawn to protect the grass, then worked steadily and efficiently to get the job done in a fairly small weather and tide window. They spent a considerable amount of prep time scoping out and dealing with slopes and drainage, including modifying an installed catch basin.
