He always let me know when he was starting to work outside, kept us informed as to what he was working on and ultimately caught the possums under the house, fixed the problem and now the house is quiet.

Description of Work: We have used Jack several times in the past five years. The first time he dealt with chipmunks in the crawl space. The second time mice were in the crawl space. The third time we had a squirrel in the garage attic. Each time Jack expertly determined where the point of entry was and he fixed the problem.

Description of Work: This company was great. We heard something alive in our walls of our house and called this company. They came right out, checked the place and saw where rats had chewed through a hole in the vent screens for the crawl space. I was alarmed! He came a few days later and replaced all the screens with rodent proof ones, and blocked all access areas where they might get in. He set traps to ensure that a rat was not trapped inside. He came about a week later to check the traps and sure enough, one had the biggest rat he had ever seen caught dead. I am so thankful that he came and was attentive to how alarmed I was and reactive to our needs. I felt he was reasonably priced, and did not try to upsell us to a maintenance program. I fully advocate for this company and will use them for any further rodent or animal issues we may have. One of our neighbors ground feeds pigeons daily and this is where the overpopulation of rats have come from - I am sure this won't be the end of our issues.

Description of Work: Had bad raccoon problem for quite sometime. Jack and crew rebuilt 3 crawlspaces and reienforced existing foundation in 5 places which were allowing raccoons to come and go at will. The entire underside of house is now very well sealed and not accessable to critter traffic at all. Jack was very expeditious and professional. Will absolutely use their services again if needed.

Description of Work: Trapped a cat - but it sounded like a bird or baby raccoon. He covered vent access - was honest about what I didn't need and what I did need. He knows his stuff, pricing was competitive. I called at least 5 places yesterday concerning the cheeping type noise I heard under the house and he was the first to not be patronizing on the phone. I will be bringing him back for other services. He does NOT do moles due to the illegality of the most efficient traps.

 + -1 moreI had thought I heard rodents in my attic and was worried I had mice, rats or a squirrel. He showed up on time and was ready to handle anything. He inspected my attic and the exterior of my house. He put a ladder up and inspected my roof. He found no evidence of rodents or of entry points which was a great relief to me. He told me if I was still concerned I could lay out some Decon boxes and devised a plan to help me do that. Since he didn't find anything, he charged me nothing for the service! Furthermore, he did not try to upsell me or sell me any maintenance plan. He is obviously a man of integrity and a true professional. He will be the first guy I call in the future if I have any problems or concerns.

We had mice getting into our crawl space, and it took several visits for him to be able to figure out where they were getting in. He was patient and thorough, and he succeeded. I expected it to cost at least twice as much, simply because of the number of trips it took.
Description of Work: Jack is extremely knowledgeable about the subject on animal intrusion. He has the tools and the intellect to figure out how they get into your home and has the know how to fix the problem. For the work he does, his price is extremely reasonable. He shows up when he says he will and does exactly what he says he'll do.

 + 3 moreThey got rid of the raccoons really well and even did some repairs to the damage done by the critters. Those raccoons really did a job including ripping up some of my insulation. I found the company to be very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves as well.

 + -1 moreA All Animal Control did a great job, both reps were not offended when I asked that shoes must be removed upon entry into my home. Both reps were polite and cleaned up around the area after each visit. I checked this company out online at BBB and Labor and Industries which shows NO complaints at all and were up to date with License and Insurance unlike the West Coast Wildlife Control w/c showed a few complaints.
Description of Work: A All Animal Controlwho took care of my unwanted house guests. Tom showed up on time and set up the trap for Mama raccoon. She crawled into the trap that evening and Jack showed up the following day to retrieve her. The babies were a little elusive due to the design of the attic so they were not caught the first day. I pinpointed where the babies were and Jack came back in 2 days and caught the little ones. He did a good job repairing the entry point and reinforced it so it can't be pulled open again. Yes, I highly recommend A All Animal Control to anyone rather than the non responsive West Coast Wildlife Control. The $350 price I paid was worth paying in resolving my attic issue.

 + -1 moreI submitted an e-mail to request a technician come to the house to see if I had a problem with bats. I had a phone call within 1/2 an hour, and a visit scheduled the same day. The technician, Mike Holmquist, was on time, professional and personable. He checked out the mess on my front porch and called the wildlife biologist for additional information. Thankfully, there were no bats, just a sick crow using the porch for cover at night. But while he was there, he double checked all the bird blocks on the house, removed a wasps nest I had not been able to reach and double checked for gaps on the exterior. He gave me an estimate if I want to put bird spikes in later. I was delighted with how thorough and how professional Mike was. I would use A All Animal Control again for any animal removal / pest removal problems.
Description of Work: Mike, the pest specialist, diagnosed the critter type and possible damage to my house. He also checked for possible gaps in the exterior walls, and removed a wasp nest.

He inspected vents around the roofline and reported all screens were still in place. He offered a few options to scare the birds away if they return in the spring.

 + -1 moreOverall, the service was excellent, though we were disappointed that the 3 raccoons we observed hanging onto a tree, were not enticed into one of the traps. Perhaps better or different bait????
Description of Work: The company's specialist, Tom, visited our home for an evaluation of our raccoon problem. After viewing our property as well as doing an inspection of our home's crawl space, he determined that the raccoon (s) were not encamped in our home's interior. Two traps were set under our deck, where the raccoon (s) appeared to be "hanging out". In two days, one raccoon was caught and promptly removed. The traps were baited again, and in another 2 days, two more raccoons we caught! All in all, over a period of 2+ weeks, 6 raccoons were trapped and promptly removed by Tom. We know that there are still 3 more raccoons in the area, since we saw them hanging onto a nearby tree, but unfortunately, they made no effort to get the bait in the traps. At this point, since the sighted raccoon seem to have left our area, the traps have been removed.

 + -1 moreThe wild life technician did a completed inspection underneath and all the way around the exterior of the trailer. All existing entry ways were blocked with wild life traps to catch annoying opossums but the procedure was unsuccessful.

Michael always arrived on time and was pleasant and professional, answering all my questions and responding quickly to remove trapped animals. He couldn't do the repair the day he was here only because there was snow and ice on the roof and it's very, very steep--it wouldn't have been safe and I wouldn't have allowed it. The repair was effected within 5 days and I am really grateful.

 + -1 moreAfter talking to Jodi, she helped us realize that what we had was raccoons. This made the removal even more urgent for us. We called on a Friday evening. We were not available over the weekend. Jodi and Tammy came out the following Monday inspected, found the entrance location, set a trap on the outside (for momma) inspected the attic, found the nest and determined there were either Mom and two babies or three babies. Set traps inside. Gave my husband thorough instructions on checking the traps and calling her when they had caught something. About 6 hours later Momma went out hunting and got in the trap. Next morning we called Jodi. We thought we heard the other trap catch but were mistaken. The trap with Momma was removed from the roof and Jodi went into the attic. Three hours later she was able to catch two babies. RE: the cost, the cost is rated by how many trips and how many animals are captured. She gave us a 10% senior discount.
Description of Work: We thought we had squirrels in the attic. Turned out it was a raccoon family. successfully live trapped and removed.
