"I tried to hire DKJAY to repair damage from flooding but there were too many red flags and I had to terminate hire. Deniz came late to appointments, she didn’t have the right equipment (didn’t have a moisture reader to take moisture readings), didn’t know how to match floors, etc! Insurance was held up for days by her not submitting work in a timely fashion. Very happy to have hired another contractor to do the rebuild."

"First of all, they were a no show for the first scheduled quote appointment. They ended up showing up late for the rescheduled quote appointment. I was told project would be done that same week but ended up being completed the week after. Second, communication needs work. I did not receive my quote until a week after and a bunch of text messages. I kept having to follow up to get a reply from them. I would wait for a day or two to get a reply. Third, the caulking had cracks and I had to tell them to re-caulk during the first final walk through. Our old panel covered some parts of our bathroom window and I thought it was common sense to cover it up like it was with the previous panel. But no, I had to tell them to cover it up because they left it open to moisture without any seal or edging."

"Jeff and his team did a wonderful job on our remodel (1600 square foot 1967 ranch). We had painted popcorn ceilings that need to be skimmed as well as some new construction with fresh drywall that required blending into existing walls. All of it needed to be textured to match existing finishes. Jeff is an old school contractor that knows the ins and outs of drywall. His pricing was fair and the quality of the finished project was outstanding. He stayed on schedule and his crew left a clean and useable worksite. I would use him again in a minute. Totally satisfied."

During the walk around our home to gather information to prepare the estimate, I was impressed by the comments Chris made about the how they would do the job. The crew was extremely courteous, friendly, industrious, thorough and tidy. Good house painting process is wash-spray-back roll-spray, 4 steps. Chris mentioned this without solicitation. I knew I would get the paint job I wanted. Our home required a lot of tall ladder work to mask windows, paint soffits and high walls, etc. There were no shortcuts taken and if there was a question the crew asked questions to make sure they got it right. I am completely satisfied."
