Twilight Excavation responded promptly to my request for service and fit the work into their busy schedule so that I could get my sewer service back online. I was impressed with the thoroughness of planning, coordination with city utilities and information given to me about the work proposed. They also explained my options for correcting the problem. They were conscientious about protecting trees, shrubs while using the excavator and replaced better soil for seeding new grass that I had before! They also placed extra clean- out sites on the new pipe that are inconspicuous and blend in well with the lawn. Even when some unexpected work turned up with an tie in from a separate line- they did not charge extra. I feel very secure knowing the sewer line was put in properly and was pleased with the minimal impact to my landscaping. Twilight does excellent quality work- I would recommend them for anyone who has problems with a faulty sewer line needing replacement.

Ray did an excellent job on our remodel that required demolition of the middle of our home while leaving the rest in tact. He also dug a 9 ft. deep trench around the existing structure and applied drain material. He was extremely careful throughout and did the job as quickly as possible. He answered the phone every time we called, cleaned up after the job and stuck to his original very reasonable bid. Due to wet weather the job took a little longer than he expected but Ray gave us a discount due to that even though it cost him more time on his equipment. Honest, fair, polite, efficient, careful, highly professional. Definitely would call him again.

Although this company ran into unplanned work due to rock and Health Dept. requests, they did not request additional compensation. He was very thorough and made sure all aspects of job were included in bid, giving us a very transparent bid showing his materials costs and labor costs etc... He managed to keep our job on schedule through many obstacles and was on time for all appointments with Tank delivery company, Electricicans, Healthe Dept. Inspector, Septic Designer. He was always available by phone. Spent hours with us to make sure we had all our questions answered and understood the operation of the system. Very honest, friendly, helpful, easy going person. Would hire him again without question. Great job!
