Description of Work: Replaced shake roof with Certainteed Presidential shingles.

Description of Work: Replacement of a 24 year old roof. No issues, just replacement of the shingles as it was about due and to prevent future problems. I took their suggestions and upgraded the bathroom and kitchen exhaust vents. The old roofing was stripped off, generating a daily mess. Workers took care to not damage the flower beds that surround the house, and cleaned up each day. Workers were prompt and courteous. The company's bid was not the highest or the lowest. Their Angie's list rating was the deciding factor in their selection for the job, and we were not disappointed.

Description of Work: Excellent job. Everything went perfect from start to finish. The workers knew were pleasant and professional, they knew what they were doing, they showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and they went over and above what they needed to do. The owner came by several times to check on how things were progressing. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend that someone else use the company's

Description of Work: Reroof my 2-story house (complete with some remodeling goofiiness), extend eves on the 2nd floor, install new gutters all around. | |Roger @ Nolan's is great to work with. He promised a crew that would be neat and clean, and they delivered. The crew was exceptionally careful about keeping materials in designated areas, tarping over landscaping etc., and followed up with a daily magnetic sweep of my lawn for stray nails. | |We ended up with a few creases in the roof on one side, we were promised they would flatten out in warm weather, but despite having 80°F temps for two weeks, the creases are still present, and I assume they will be for the life of the roof. I don't believe the creases to be a hazard, just visally not very attractive. | |All the other work areas, included the extended eves, are flawless, and some rot damage was repaired at a very minimal additional cost. | |Nolan's is a certified installer for Certainteed, so the work is fully waranteed.

Description of Work: Went out of their way to give me an estimate. Very friendly and prompt. Just decided to go with a different roofer.

Description of Work: They tore all existing roofs from house and garage, cleared the debris, and rebuilt both roofs. Actually we have not seen it since the job was done. A friend has been residing there while we sell our other house. We will finally see it within the month but the friend said it was a beautiful job and they were extremely pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: We Interviewed three roofing companies to replace our aging roof. Nolans Roofing was very professional and responsive. They came out twice to inspect the roof and provided a competitive estimate. We would have accepted Nolan's bid except that they were not certified to provide a manufacturer's warranty. Instead, we accepted an offer from Rainshield Roofing that was about equal to Nolan's in price, but included a manufacturer's warranty. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Rainshield. Although we don't anticipate the need, we would consider Nolan's in the future if they become certified and able to provide a manufacturer's warranty.

Description of Work: They roofed my home and garage.They charged me between $5,000 and $3,000 less than any of the other 5 companies I had contacted for potential cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Tore off existing roof and replaced with new roof. We had to wait longer than expected due to weather, but when there was an opening, the crew worked all day Saturday and finished Sunday morning.

Description of Work: Put on new roof and new aluminium gutters. To include asphalt shingles for most of the roof, plastic fabric for a flat section and corrogated clear plastic for a sun room. They originally finshed on the day they estimated, but the sun room covering had to be replaced, which they did within a wek of my complaint. The crew were friendly and careful of my wife's gardens.

Description of Work: Two layers of old roofing removed and new layer installed. Also numerous sheets of rotted plywood were replaced before new roofing installed. All old roofing was cleaned up and hauled away. Service was excellent and completed in under 2 days.

Description of Work: Nolan arrived to give estimate stated "no need to get other estimates we will be the lowest".... we contacted various times through e-mail requesting information about the IKO shingles and lawsuits and received no response.

Description of Work: I have talked to him but I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet. He gave me an estimate. It was for a replacement of an area of my roof where I have water coming in. They would be replacing the siding and shingles too.

Description of Work: Removed 1 layer of roofing, disposed of waste on entire house and two outbuildings. Prepped the decks, installing 7/10 OSB sheathing as necessary. Installed 30 year IKO plus hip and ridge. Removed and then reinstalled gutters around the house. Placed fascia and barge boards around entire roof. Flashed the chimney. Replaced all roof attic vents per code. Placed 15# felt over entire surface. Hand nailed storm roofing materials - 100%. Installed gutters on two outbuildings.
