+ -1 moreThe people are fantastic. The owner, Herald Wilson, is going to be doing the carpentry this weekend. The manager, Tom St. Onge, was the contact person and scheduled everything to be done. He's been conversing back and forth with me to let me know when things are going to get done. We had an issue with the kitchen floor, but they corrected it and made sure that things were done right.
Description of Work: Our hot water tank broke so we had floor damage. They replaced the hot water heater, installed new floors and did some general carpentry.

+ -1 moreI was referred to M C Smith Construction by my neighbors and was very pleased. They may not be the least expensive company but they do great work and they get the job done the first time. I also had them look into a carpeting and small tile job I needed done. They routed me to another company they work through and let me use their discounts. They are so great and they will be the first ones I call if I need some more work done!
Description of Work: I had a tough leak at home and M C Smith Construction came out to repair the leak for me.

+ -1 moreTo tell you how our work has been going we will be ready to move in about four weeks from now.I am so happy with every bit of the work that has been done from replacing the roof to the remodel of the inside of our home. Tom, our contact at MC Smith has been a wealth of knowledge. He has helped us with every aspect of the rebuild so we understood what would happen.We also have a full time foreman named Mike, who has treated our home as if it was his own., He has made sure everything I wanted was done.Every sub contractor they have sent out has been at the top of there game! Very professional! Mc Smith turned a very emotional time into a very pleasant experience for us and I am very grateful for all of the people that helped put our home back together. If you have any remodeling to do or damage to your home you can trust them to do it right the first time and pass every inspection the first time!! Thank You All,Sue George
Description of Work: In the Month of Feb. 2012 our house caught on fire and burned 90% of the inside of our home. I was in tears for two weeks. We were approached by several contractors to rebuild our home and after checking references I chose MC Smith to do the work. They had to rebuild part of the outside as well as the entire inside of our home.
