Oniver and his crew arrived at 8AM, and was eager to get right to work. They had all the equipment necessary, and had the old roof torn off in less than an hour, it seemed. Very courteous, and immediately addressed any questions I had. All of the old roofing material was cleaned up -- i didn't even find a nail on the ground after they were done. There have been a few wind storms since the roof was done, and the roof handled those storms like a champ. I just wish Oniver and his team did more than roofing-- I'd hire them to do everything.

Very well. Luis was punctual, professional and honest. We actually enjoyed the interaction (as much as you can with roofers) and would gladly recommend Luis and his team. They were all very hard workers and very diligent in the quality of their work, timeliness, and even thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. Excellent work, excellent team!

Luis came out the same day I texted him. I told him we had two skylights with water dripping into the house regularly. He did a free estimate right on the spot, estimating $1400 for replacing the flashing and replacing shingles around the skylights. He sent me a bid with more details over email, which included taxes and the final price of around $1500 which seems reasonable. He came out to do the work as soon as the weather cleared up enough. During the repairs, he found that the underlying plywood on my roof is rotting, so he went to the hardware store and picked up some new plywood, and replaced it at no additional cost. The end result looks very thorough and well-done. My roof looks brand new where he did the work, and my skylights no longer leak.
