Description of Work: I was out of town water pressure reducer on top of hot water tank developed several leaks spraying water all over. My wife contacted Bodes at 7pm. They offered to come out but she just want to know how to shut it off. They walked her through it over the phone. Said they would be here at 7 a.m. next day they arrived 650 a.m.. Replaced in 20 minutes and everything was back up and running
