Vadim did an excellent job in our master bathroom. The noise was next level, but the end product was stunning. Pros/cons to consider when hiring Vadim Pros -very timely, informs you if running late -clean, his appearance and his workspace -great communication, always responds quick. Cons -he leads his guys with an iron fist -I don’t think he drinks water at all -doesn’t take breaks -Sounds like fighting when he speaks his language to his guys.

Vadim was great to work with for installing brand new hard wood floors for the whole house. He had a commitment to excellency which I appreciated and was great at leading his team to do the quality of work we expected. after the work was finished, he checked for any mistakes before he finalized the job which we really appreciated because then we had nothing for him to change! this is something I wish all companies would do to save headaches for homeowners, what a great experience! He also sent his quotes fast for the bathroom remodel and was very helpful in helping us choose finishing touches. You can tell he has a passion for his work.
