TT&T offered a competitive price, made several suggestions that made a much better project than we had designed, worked with the church's schedule, and while there was a little communication problem with a sub-contractor, the church is very pleased with the work performed.

Very poor quality of work, dishonest, unprofessional! They didn't finish the project and stopped coming. They went to the different project before wrapping up with ours. They didn't cover floor or any other areas at all so they have damaged the floor and built in desk/cabinets while they were working. They have damaged the deck as well but never repaired it. They have insisted me to pay with cash and didn't provided me with any receipt. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Almost 2 months after purchasing the deal, Angie's list graciously refunded my money. TT doesn't communicate with small fry jobs. He blows them off. Mine anyway Nice enough guy....when he finally contacts you. Still wanted to come out after the return of my funds. He did. He offered me a bid of 4 times the price of the original deal. This was less than 100 square feet of concrete. His bid was throwing a number out at me. Off the top of his head. Just tell me you don't want to do it. Its easier.

He came for estimate, it would be 200 total sq. and he wanted me to commit to the amount of $3800 with no itemization or paperwork provided.

Excellent service...and, based on what I have seen, an excellent product. We currently live in a different state, so I have not seen the patio in person yet. However, our tenants state that it is great and it looks so in the pictures. What I do know is that 1) they beat all of the other bidders in terms of price, 2) the work was begun and finished promptly, and 3) they went out of their way to work around a tree that we wanted to save. I would definitely use them again!!!

I was charged an extra $600. (in addition to the $799. already paid) because there was one step involved.

We were correcting a water problem with out old sidewalk & Tani was very good at explaining how we should slope the new one to avoid the water problem we had experienced previously. We have used him the past & were pleased with that work as well.

Provider was very responsive, came and did the walkway when he said he would and it turned out great! I do wish the dump fee would be included in the angies list price, but overall I am very satisfied with the work that was done. He cleaned up nicely afterwards and I couldn't have any better things to say about the job they did.

Their bid was very competitive. They showed up on time, did the work exactly as requested, and cleaned up when finished. We are very happy with the finished product. Tani and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

First off, DO NOT BUY THE COUPON!!! If you do, it's like the Entertainment card- present it when he comes to give you an estimate. The coupon is problematic because it locks you into that price. So we had to have them do 2 jobs, the first $1400 then the rest of the walkway. For our walkway, he gave us a much better deal. He matched the aggregate perfectly. He did a fantastic job without needing micromanagement or for me to even be here. He sent his guys back the next day to finish the job. He came by to make sure everything came out right. But I will stress it again- don't use the coupon. He'll work with you. If you have very precise needs then be very precise in your description. However, I gave him a rough outline with certain parameters and he did a FANTASTIC job. Yes, concrete always has dust and run off associated with it. That is a yard maintenance problem unless you tell him during the bid that you want extra work on clean-up. It's run off- every house gets it, its part of the construction process. If you want it all gone, you have to pay extra for someone to come chip off that stuff and pick it up. I knew what I wanted, what I would do myself and let him know that in the bid process. My experience was nearly flawless except, I bought the coupon.

They were pleasant and understanding on the phone. I'd prefer to give them a grade of N/A, but since I'm denied that selection, I'm giving them a neutral grade of C.

I saw the deal on Angie's List ($149 for $300) and contacted TT and T Contractors. I explained that we needed to patch some rough-in plumbing in a 6' x 8' area in our basement. A photo was attached to provide more detail. I asked if the job would fit into the $149 deal and how soon they could do the job. They responded that the cost would be $500 and, if we used the $149 deal, it would be $285 plus tax. This seemed reasonable to my husband and I, so we replied that we were interested and emphasized the job needed to be completed by Friday, 7/31. I also followed up with a phone call to their office. The owner called back an hour later and said that the dimensions stated in the email were in inches (and not feet) so it would be more expensive to do the job. I told him that the dimensions were stated in feet, and that inches would not make sense. I reiterated that the cement work was only covering rough-in plumbing and not for the entire 6' x 8' room. We were surprised to receive an email that the cost for the job would be increased from $285 to $450. I emailed to ask if they would honor the original quote of $285. They replied back that it was their mistake, and they could do it for $350 and complete the job on Saturday, 8/1. While we appreciated this gesture, we still felt that $350 was much higher than the original quote they gave us. We asked if they looked at the photo we sent (never heard back on this). We told them that we would be wiling to pay $300, and if they wanted to take a closer look to let us know. We didn't hear back from them for 5 days. On 8/3, they said that we could send them our phone number again. We replied that since the job had to be completed by 8/1, and they didn't get back to us, we had someone else complete it. The $149 offer on Angie's List is basically 50% off a $300 job. I am sure that not many of their jobs are $300 or less but probably not many. Great way to get potential customers, though. We expended a lot of time and energy to try to make this happen, and were disappointed. We will not contact them again.

Excellent service. They gave a great bid; within a few days of getting the bid from them, the work was done; punctual, even arrived early. He was very thoughtful and concise, making sure that everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely work with this company again in the future.

He did a fine job on the sidewalk. The step repair was not done very well. It is already crumbling. The real complaint is the state they left our yard in. They left concrete everywhere and used some of our tools and left concrete all over them. I felt like he nickel and dimed me for every little thing so be very clear before you start your work on what you want done.

I can't really recommend them. They were trying to match up some aggregate on my driverway and it just didn't really match up. I am not sure if it was their fault -they did a good job in terms of putting it but it just didn't match up. I didn't complain about them but I can't really recommend them. They never came out before to look at it- they just asked me the size of it and asked me to recommend the size of the rock which as it turned out, was the wrong size. When they did it, instead of being flat, it was kind of stumped-it didn't look that good. I didn't pay that much for it so I can't complain too much. The price was pretty good but it doesn't matter what the price is -if the job isn't that good, it isn't worth it. The quality wasn't good. I had to call them about six times and they kept putting it off.

I had a small job that was difficult to get other contractors to even answer my phone queries. TT &T was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. They quoted me a reasonable price and did the job for that price.He did very nice work and cleaned the job site when finished. I am very happy with the work. I definitely would recommend TT & T and will call them in the future should I need any further cement work.

Tani and his assistant completed the work in less than five hours, and we are very pleased with the results. They were very efficient and hardworking, and paid attention to detail. They removed all the debris and left the yard very neat. The finished sidewalks exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.
