TOMMY'S

I was given keys to my brand new apartment before it was move in ready and the following day on the weekend Tommy's painting service who is the vendor who paints for the property of the apartment complex that I moved into in Auburn came to paint my apartment that day. When I returned home to my brand new apartment that evening after previously filling the refrigerator with groceries and the following day bringing just a few items in and putting them in the outer storage on the patio so they would have full access to paint I return to find all of my groceries missing from the refrigerator and Bluetooth wireless speaker gone from my apartment. I am so disappointed as the door was locked when I left the morning of so they could paint it when I returned. No one else would have had access to this unit , I notified the apartment complex manager Google inform me I could get in touch with Tommy to try to resolve it as well as called my Insurance company, and filed a police report as well. Immediately I was only more disappointed to find that my deductible would be higher than the cost of the items that were missing from my apartment to replace. Upon trying to contact this business several times leaving them Several messages on his voicemail they refused to return the call to address the issue or to even offer an apology or an explanation. I work way too hard to provide for the items that were missing from my apartment not to have them replaced by even addressed I think the level of professionalism to not even respond is even worse then the missing items themselves.

TOMMY'S PRICE IS REASONABLE. THEY DO GREAT WORK. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. THEY'RE EXCELLENT.
