Tim the Tree Guy

Tim was great. I called him the night the tree fell, he called me later (was out on a job) and was here the next day. He was super fast and removed the tree from my yard and my neighbor's yard, which had fallen all the way across my neighbor's yard. Just for anyone reading this and if you didn't already know, if your tree falls on your neighbors yard, you are not responsible. I learned when my other neighbor's tree fell in my yard and busted my fence. I had to pay for everything. Lesson learned I guess. :)

Performed job as agreed, but I discovered he missed a large portion of the stump. He apologized and came right out and completed the job at no extra cost.

Tim called me back the same day I called and came out the next morning. He was thorough, courteous and professional. Both stumps were ground up and he didn't shut down until I was satisfied.

Well...Tim came and did the job as agreed. There was quite a bit of debris left as was expected. I did not clean up the shavings until a month after the job, When I did a good portion of the original stump was still in tact. I contacted Tim and he immediately arranged to come back and complete the job. I know it was an oversight on his part. He would not have left the stump had he realized it. He returned and completed the job.

On time, very nice, came in got the job done, did exactly what he was suppose to do, and you you would have never known he was there after he was done, The tree looks fantastic. We have other trees and will definitely use him again. Nice Job Tim.

He did the whole thing in about 25 minutes.

The feed back we get from our customers upon referrals have been great. They are pleased with Tims work.

Tim arrived on time, went straight to work, took down the part of the tree that was dead, cut it into rounds in the size I requested, and tossed the non-useable branches into the designated area out of sight. Tim had been out as part of a team to do several trees on my property and the neighbors' a few months earlier; when I had just this one tree, I was very pleased to be able to have him come out "solo". I knew I could trust him to do it right. Would definitely hire again.

I was quoted a reasonable price. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and did it. The whole process was extremely painless. I would hire Tim the tree guy again in a heartbeat.
