Let me start out by saying this entire team is amazing. They work hard, diligently, and make sure you are taken care of. The Goelzer Home Team helped me and my wife buy our first home. We had very particular needs and a very tight budget. Plus, we were moving from out of state. We started looking in WA a few years ago. We met up with Teresa and Chad and they drove us all over the state looking for “the one”. Well, we didn’t find it that trip. A couple months later Covid hit. It hit my family hard and we had to wait to move. Teresa continued to check in and see how we were doing. We gave each other little life updates and became friends. A couples years passed. Our situation became urgent that we had to move out within a couple of months. We called Teresa and she was ready to go. We found a property within two weeks, flew out there the next day, fell in love and submitted an offer. There was already one other offer, and won by $100! We were so excited! Then, throughout the process things would pop up on the sellers side. Let me just tell you, the team handled everything and we weren’t left stressing. Teresa and Courtny stayed on top of everyone within the transaction, and they made sure we were taken care of. My wife and I were in disbelief how smooth it felt, even though so many problems rose on the other side. It wasn’t like we were buying a million dollar house either. That’s the thing, they don’t make it about the money like other people in real estate. They actually put their clients first. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.
