Roofers arrived on time and got right to work. Worked non-stop for several hours (in really cold weather mid 30's) and completed all roof repairs. They asked my husband to recommend placement preference for one of the diverter pans. Cleaned up the yard - perfectly! Roof is not leaking, and the diverter pans have improved roof drainage. Very responsible, hard working, diligent employees.

I would call Stewart Roofing for any roofing projects. They not only called other contractors for us, they gave me a few pointers of things to look for to ensure the work was done properly and would last for years.

We received quotes for the job from several roofers. After we decided to go with Stewart Roofing it was the middle of the good summer weather we had this year, and it took several weeks to start the job. Once they were here, they were very professional, polite and neat. It only took two days to finish the job, and they worked on the Monday holiday. It is amazing how refreshed the house looks with its new roof! I would definitely recommend this company!!

The work was done well. It was scheduling that was a nightmare. I got a call back on 2 out of 6 phone calls. Rick would not give me a date for the repair and saying he would call the following week or the day before the job to schedule with me. If I use them again I would want to set something up much earlier in the season when they are less busy.

They were very nice, great follow up and got me a quote quickly. Only reason we decided to go with another provider was due to a tight timeline we had in getting the work done. Would definitely call them again.

Sent an email for a bid on the job giving details along with pictures on a Saturday. Got a prompt email response and a call back on Monday with a bid. Price seemed appropriate so I gave the go ahead. I had shingles for the house and they would supply shingles for the garage (different color). Roofer showed up Wed. afternoon and completed the work. Appears well done. I'm satsified.

Let me tell you,there was three hard working men on the roof all day long. They were here from about 8:00am to about 6:00pm. I don't think they took a lunch break either. The roof looks really nice. The only thing I wish could be better is more control over where the old roofing nails go. Not all over the yard. I guess this is the hazards of getting a new roof, and yes they used a magnet roller.

We had several roofers come out and give us estimates. Stewart Roofing was by far the most reasonable and so we went with them. Our old roof was cedar shake and in very bad shape. They did a great job replacing the roof, were very professional, finished on time and on budget. They also replaced our three skylights with new Low E insulated skylights for just $695. They also cleaned up the place nicely. It's been two years and we've had no issues with the roof.

tWork began on a Friday. We asked the crew to work on specific parts of the roof first since I telecommute and I would be out of the house for the initial job. They were very accomodating and friendly. Since they would be working on our roof on Friday and Monday, they replaced a section on Friday instead of tearing off the roof so it wouldn't be unprotected over the weekend. Monday, they started work around 8:30 and wrapped around 4pm and Tuesday was a half day, they wrapped it up. It was the 80's during the time they were working on our roof but they stayed diligent to get the job done. Afterwards, they cleaned up the debris. We had used Stewart for a patch job a couple of years ago and the same employee came out for the roof replacement. Chatting with Jeff, the intial appraiser, the staff has been with Stewart for several years which telling me that they have a lot experience and they know their job. The crew were aIl very friendly and polite. I chose Stewart because the employees have years of roofing experience and are licensed and bonded and you can't go wrong with all the positive ratings they have on Angie's list.

Stewart Roofing Inc. were top notch. They did such a good job. They figured out what was wrong. They gave me a price. They picked out some colors. They were very responsive. They came when they said they were going to. They are very professional. I'm very happy. I've recommended them to several people.

I originally contacted Stewart Roofing to get some new skylights installed. When Rick came by and looked at the skylights and where I wanted to put them, he said they probably wouldn't fit and that the brand I had purchased were real trouble to work with. During this conversation I asked about the roof itself because it was about twenty years old and he said he'd send someone over to give me an estimate if I'd like. So, another person came over several hours later. He took some measurements and an estimate was emailed to me later on that day. I have a very large roof area as the house is very long. The estimate was very reasonable, so I decided to go ahead with the work. We had some trouble getting it started because it's Washington and it was raining a lot. But, a few days later they showed up at about 8:30 in the morning and worked straight through until about 3 pm and the upper part of the roof was finished. The next day they showed up again at about 8:30 and set to work and by early afternoon they had finished the lower roof and installed the two new skylights they had purchased for me. They just do the exterior work on installing the skylights, and I had to hire someone else to build in the skylight wells inside. The crew was helpful, friendly, and professional and worked really fast. I was pretty frustrated trying to figure out when they would be able to start because I wanted to put the dogs somewhere else while they were working and I had to make arrangements. But that was the weather's fault, and not the roofers. It seems like they know the weather pretty well too, because each day they started it was overcast and they worked all day and the rain stayed away and then as they finished up for the afternoon, the skies opened up with a complete deluge both days. I was very pleased with how hard they worked and the result. I would recommend them to my neighbors, and in fact I have.

Call Steward Roofing because after the first rainstorm of the season (Oct 2012) we found out that our new home (to us) had a leaking roof even though we though it was fixed before we bought our home. Stewart Roofing was the middle bid, but based on the written bid they seems to be offering the best deal for the money. We thought that we would be able to get the roof fixed in January but for whatever reason we were unable to until March. I didn't think Stewart Roofing would honor the bid we had in late December because so much time had past, but they did. The first roof they did was the shed because of the weather as they could put the roof on the shed (regular composite shingle roof) in the rain. They had to wait until the weather cleared up for the Flintastic roof to be installed. The following week after the shed roof was completed they came back to install the torchdown roof. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding a partition adjacent to our torchdown roof, we thought it was part of the torchdown roof but it was not. Stewart Roofing worked with us regarding this misunderstanding and the week following the torchdown roof being installed they replaced the roof on the partition matching the torchdown roof. They cleaned everything up and my roof looks fantastic. So pleased that we chose to work with Stewart Roofing. Would recommend them to anyone who asks about roofing companies.

During a windstorm, a large number of shingles blew off the roof of my rental resulting in a leak through the attic into the living room. I called 12 different roofing and roofing repair companies. I made appointments with three of them. Only Stewart Roofing was available the same day I called. They came out about 2 hours after I called, examined the roof, and gave me a reasonable quote. Even better, they were able to begin work right away. The repairman bought the supplies needed

Overall it was a very positive experience. They came out for a small job and found the problem and fixed it quickly and completely. A leak in a roof is a continuing headache and they took care of it and stopped the leak from ruining our ceiling.

Excellent service. Tim returned my calls promptly. They were thorough in researching the source of the leaks and then they repaired them in a timely manner.

Need some roof and gutter repairs on two single family rentals I have. Stewart roofing was very responsive and professional from initial contact through follow up after completing the work. I'm happy with the work they did and would use them in the future.

** GREAT LOW COST ROOFER, HOWEVER NOT A FAN OF PABCO PRODUCTS, MAKE SURE TO MEET IN PERSON ** We received five bids for our new roof - if you're spending in excess of $10,000 on your home why not? The first question to ask according to www.researchroofing.com is how long have you been in business - Stewart Roofing has been accredited with the BBB for more than 30 years with an A+ rating and minimal complaints. However, the reason we didn't go with Stewart were the following: - Stewart in our opinion, fills the low cost niche in the market. If you need a roof and don't have much $$$ or don't need all the upgrades, or better yet, plan to sell your home in the coming months and need a new quick roof to get a quick sale - Stewart might be a good option. Better yet - they don't subcontract out the roofing work. Gutters, not a big deal to subcontract out. However, if you plan on keeping your home and want a high quality roof with plywood sheathing (not OSB), synthetic underlayment (not 15lb felt), an upgraded shingle (not PABCO, google it...) then you may start to look elsewhere - Additionally, the onus is not on the consumer to ask for an in-person visit with the roofer. I mentioned to Stewart roofing that their prices were competitive, however we didn't get to meet with them in person (NOTE TO MEMBERS - YOU SHOULD MEET WITH YOUR POTENTIAL ROOFER IN PERSON) and they said I didn't ask... sorry Stewart Roofing, but that's not my job. I'm paying, you offer to meet with me in person or set up a meeting - instead you emailed me the bid and I called you and emailed you, etc. etc.. All four other bidders made a point to meet with me, no problem. Two of the roofers came to my home twice. In my opinion, that's how it works. - Finally, the PABCO shingle. PABCO is a local company [made in Tacoma]... and that's where the good things end about PABCO. PABCO products weren't rated in Consumer Reports (see CR June 2009) nor www.researchroofing.com, however plenty of lawsuits and WA State attorney general type stuff out there on it. It's a low cost shingle. I get that. Its a great way to provide a low cost solution to roofing problems. See the HO-25 class action lawsuit from 2006 - [ note; most shingle manufacturers have had issues with warranty problems, PABCO's issues have been magnified since they are manufactured in the area]

I contacted and set up this service with Rick for my in-laws who had just moved into their manufacturd home. The communication between myself and the company was outstanding as was the communication between my in-laws and the crew that came and performed the work. From start to finish Stewart Roofing was very cordial and professional. The roof looks great and the family is very happy and satisfied. We will highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix or replace their roof.

During initial phone call, Lots of questions were asked to determine what was needed. They came out within a couple of days & had materials in the truck so were able to complete repair quickly. Very pleased.

We received 3 quotes from different roofing companies and were impressed by the representatives that were sent to our home by each of those companies. We decided to go with Stewart Roofing because they not only gave us the most competitive quote, the owner even made a second trip out to our house just to answer my wife's questions and show her the roofing samples. Our roof was installed when they promised and the job was done well. It has been over a month now and as expected, we have not had any problems at all with the new roof or gutters they installed. The weekend before our installation, one of our sons became very ill and was hospitalized. When my wife called to explain that we would not be at home to pay them upon the completion of the services, they were very understanding and agreed to send us an invoice to be paid later. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and we are very happy that we chose Stewart's!

From my first telephone call, they responded to all the questions I had, and sent someone out to give me a bid. Then they helped me when I requested gutters too, and gave me a bid with and without and with different styles. They set up a time for the job and stayed with it and they finsished in 3 days and cleaned the area before leaving. They were polite and easy to work with and the price was the best of 3 bids I received. Thanks Angie!

The service was excellent. The owner, Rick Stewart, and his office assistant, Tim, were easy to work with and thorough in explaining the pros and cons of various roofing options. The price for re-roofing was about 10,000 to $20,000 less than competing bids. The roofers were professional, courteous, very hard-working and cleaned up, daily. They are Certainteed qualified and seemed very comfortable performing the installation. We are very pleased with the result.
