Description of Work: We had a leak and figured we would need to replace the roof. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable, he gave us some tips on taking care of our roof and fixed the leak for a couple hundred dollars. We have had no problems since.

Description of Work: Their price for reroofing my house was around 8-10% higher than the other bidders. I felt more comfortable with Stewart Roofing because the estimator was very knowledgable, pointing out some problems that the others missed completely. They did not say they would be back the morning to start my roof, but that if I accepted their bid the work would be a couple weeks out. | |Additionally it was noted that my chimney was very deteriorated which would be an avenue of moisture entry even with a new roof. | |I contracted to have the chimney replaced. | |New roof was installed within the time frame agreed upon. All my concerns and questions were immediately addressed by Tim the person on the side of the phone line. Job was completed to my satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up at the end.

Description of Work: Roof replacement. They were the only estimate that specifically identified the need to put up new sheeting before roofing, identfied the number of additional roof vents that would be needed and how they would make a leak free tramsition between the roof and the patio roof. When they finished they cleaned up wonderfully. In my experience they are interested in selling a good quality of product at a good price with a minimum of fuss and no high pressure salesmanship.

Description of Work: They sent a guy to evaluate our roof after a home inspector questioned if the roof would last at least five years, certified the roof, and fixed a handful of minor/cosmetic issues. Done early and great to work with. Please note - they don't take credit cards - keep in mind and make arrangements.

Description of Work: Rick Stewart, Tim and the crew who worked on the roof were awesome. When I first called them about a leak, Rick stopped out that day to help me out of a jam. Then they were quick to provide an estimate, answer questions and get started on our new roof. The crew was professional and informative as to the status of the work. Once done we have an excellent roof that will last us decades. Give them a chance to help you like they helped us.

Description of Work: Though we did not hire Stewart Roofing to perform our low pitch roof replacement, I would recommend them. We ended using a roof option they did not recommend or perform. During our evaluation of roofing contractors, I found them to be very professional, and their price to be very reasonable for the services quoted. If we had chosen one of the options they quoted, it would have been a hard choice between them and the contractor we chose. I am certain if we had picked Stewart Roofing we would have not been disappointed.
